After undergoing a controversial branding change, Dell has begun his replacement. The new del 14 premiums and Dell 16 Premium Windows 11 represent the high end of the business lineup of Dell and offer 27 hours of features such as Intel Core Ultra 916-core CPU, Nvidia RTX 5070 GPU and Battery Life.
The name of XPS can be gone but last year’s design remains to a great extent. Both models already have a simple and elegant veg-like form, with a slightly larger (16.3 and 14.5 in), are coated on a large scale bezel-free display Gorilla Glass 3. Dale promises top-oriented craftsmanship and a new thermal design that allows for a thin and light design, maximum airflow and minimal noise. As was done with branding, Dell follows Apple with two available colors: platinum and a dark graphite.
The new 3.2k and 4k 16:10 120hz olds are now available in the base model at high-end models (14.5- and 16.3-inch, respectively) and 2K LCD 120Hz versions (1,920 x 1,200). OLEDs are certified displayhdr 500 with 400 NITS brightness and 100 percent DCI-P3 coverage, while the LED models are an average of 500 notes. Audio also looks solid with a universal headphone jack with Dolby Atomos, “studio-curiosity tuning,” quad speaker, a dual microphone array and head tracking.
On the performance front, Dale is performed with Intel’s latest power-skilled core Ultra 255H and 256h 16-core processor as well as the Intel Core Ultra 9 285h 16-core version on premium 16. They promote 33 percent of the performance at the previous XPS model (18 percent at 16 premium), as well as 2.4x in AI performance.
However, the main advantage is increased to 20 hours of Netflix streaming at 14 premium and battery life with 27 hours at 16 premium. They are accompanied by figures 2K LCD display and drop up to 11 and 9 hours on high resolution 3.2K OLED (14.5-inch model) and 4K OLED (16.3-inch model) respectively.
Premium 14 and premiums are the most vary in terms of 16 GPU options, with the support of NVDia’s new RTX 5050 GPU, on 16.3 -inch models with RTX 5060 and RTX 5070, but on only one NVIDIA RTX 4050 on the premium 14, especially RTX 5070 will have to be played. Otherwise, you will find Intel’s Arc 140T GPU on 14 premium and 16 premium base models, which is designed for most business and entertainment.
Other major features include Wifi 7, additional security for business users, LPDDR5X Dual Channel 8400 MT/S Memory, Encryption Ready SSDs, 4TB storage and up to 64GB up to 64GB up to 64GB. They are now starting $ 1,650 for base 14 premium (core Ultra 7 255H CPU, 16GB memory, 2K LCD display, Intel Arc 140T graphics). The same model with NVIDIA RTX 4050 GPU, 32GB memory and 3.2K OLED display is $ 2,350.
Dale 16 premium, meanwhile, starts at $ 2,700 with a core Ultra 7 255h CPU, 32GB memory, 2K LCD display and NVIDIA RTX 5060, while 4K OLED display and a version with Itel Core Ultra 9 CPU is $ 3,050. Other options are not yet available at Dell’s online store.
