Dyeing Lite: The upcoming survival horror game from The Beast, Techland has delayed. The developer announced on Friday that the release of the game was pushed back on September 19, 2025, from the date of its original 21 August launch, the developer announced on Friday. Techland stated that with a long delay of four weeks it would allow it to do “additional polishing work” on the game. The 2022 Dyeing Light 2 Stay Human, Dyeing Lite: The Beast is set to launch on PC and Current-Generation Console, with PS4 and Xbox ONE release planned at the end of 2025.

“We understand that it can be disappointing, but our experience has shown how important the first impression is. With only four additional weeks, we can address the final details that make all the differences between good and great.”
The studio said that it would take extra time to tune the balance of gameplay elements, improve UI clarity, increase the quality of physics, and to improve player animation.
Techland promised a regular update on the game in the coming weeks, including a playable demo in the Gamescom in August and an update on the gore system of the next week.
Dyeing Lite: The Beast was declared in Gamescom 2024 and received a gameplay trailer at the Summer Game Fest last month. Zombie Slasher will see the return of the 2015 dyeing light hero Fan-Fawrite Kail Crane.
The game will have two separate playstails and a day and night cycle that greatly changes the experience for players. Dyeing Lite: The Beast also supports four-khiladi co-ups with shared progress. The game will be launched on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series S/X on 19 September and is currently ready for pre-order. A PS4 and Xbox One version is planned for release at the end of this year.
Last month, Techland released an update for the original dyeing light, including graphics and audio enhancements. The texture, lighting, distance and shadow quality improved along with a Remastard Soundtrack for the game in the retache update.
