After launching in the UK in April, Motorola Edge 60 Fusion is finally available to buy on 22 May today. It is available in three colors – Slipstream (Purple), Amazonite (Chaiti) and Light wind (Pink) – for a very inexpensive AU $ 699.
This new lead continues 60 phones Motorola’s staller 2024 runs, with Motorola Edge 50 Pro and Edge 50 Fusion saw two of the best phones in Australia. And who can forget Motorola RazR 50 Ultra that we called the “Best Foldable Phone on the market”.
While I have not spent a lot of time with Edge 60 fusion, I participated in a media briefing and studying its glasses list, I feel comfortable calling it a correction on my predecessor in every way. This is saying something because I gave old phones 4.5 stars in my Motorola Edge 50 Fusion Review.
Currently, there is no discount on the new phone, but some retailers have an early bird offer that makes an excellent price offer to buy this phone. You will pay the entire price (AU $ 699), but buying from this phone JB Hi-Fi Or Good people Before June 11, you will pay a free 68W charger and an AU $ 100 gift card. Edge 60 fusion is also available HeroicDirectly from Motorola and Officework, but freebes do not come with it from three later.
I have tested some budget smartphones including Samsung Galaxy A56 and two out of 50 series of Motorola. Apart from this, I have spent any time with the choice of any phone (3A) Pro and Google Pixel 9A, and I think the age 60 fusion can be a true competitor for any of these handsets.
I found that its predecessor performance is excellent, but the promises of Edge 60 fusion are much better. While the 6.7-inch screen is of the same size, it offers 2712 x 1220 resolution compared to 2400 x 1800 of the edge 50.
It also claims the 4,500 NIT peak shine that Motorola’s claim is the most bright in this value bracket (AU $ 600 – AU $ 950). In addition, if you are concerned about the cruelty of curved performance, its corning Gorilla Glass 7i Protection means that both of it is resistant and can avoid one-meter drop.
Its 50MP main camera is powered by the Sony Litiam 700C sensor, combined with optical image stabilization (OIS) and some AI help, promises easy and great results. The 13MP ultravide lens also has a macro vision with a minimum focal distance of only 3.5 cm, and its 32MP selfie camera can take 4K video.
However, its “Pro-Grade Quad-Camera” is not the case at all. While it seems to be four lenses, there are only two because eagle-Idered readers would have estimated my details above. The other two other ‘cameras’ are a flash and 3-in-1 light sensor for better performance in low-light conditions.
AI is unavoidable these days, but Moto AI seems to be a major improvement on what I saw last year in this device. Prompts such as ‘Catch Me Up’ and ‘Reimber This & Recall’ allow users to get their desired information quickly, and later remember details or items – so you will not be left scratching again for Mother’s Day gift ideas. Another major signal is ‘pay attention’, which will begin to record and transcript your meeting in real time.
However, the biggest drawcard of this phone can be its battery life. One of my favorite elements of the age 50 fusion was its long-lasting battery, and upgraded to 5,200mAh (from 5,000mAh) while maintaining the ability to charge it quickly-Promising additional 12 hours in eight minutes.
The only area is less than contestants such as Motorola Edge 60 Fusion Pixel 9A or Galaxy A56, lack of software support. Offer a three -year software update and a four -year security aid compared to six from Samsung and seven from Google.
While it is disappointing, it is the same with the age 50 fusion, which I still think is a great phone. And, the value you are getting only for AU $ 699 makes it difficult to do a lot of points.
