Google is celebrating 10 -year -old Google Photo With the launch of a re -designed editorRedesign added new AI features – Reimagine and Auto Frame – which were previously available only on pixel devices, bring devices into more users’ hands.
Reimagine feature uses generic AI to replace objects and backgrounds in photos with text prompts. For example, you can ask to change a depressed sky in one of your photos with “clear blue sky”.
The auto frame feature suggests different methods to frame a photo, whether it is using crop, widening, or generative AI to fill the blanks.

Google says that the new editor gives useful suggestions to users and holds all its editing tools in one place. You can use AI-driven tips that combine several effects for quick editing with the new “AI Enhance” option. For example, you can add AI effects such as image sharp and object removal.
Or, you can tap specific parts of a photo to obtain the suggested equipment to edit that area. For example, Google may suggest that you adjust the light or blur the background.
Google notes that redesign will start rolling out globally for Android devices next month, with iOS later this year.
Tech veteran also announced that you can now share an album with the QR code so that you can use an album for others around you. You can also print the code for a group event, where any person with the code will be able to see and add photos to the album.
