The company asked the team employees to complete a series of tests on Thursday night which would help classify them based on their strength and interests. Testing covers areas such as coding, finance and medicine. More than 200 employees completed the test, which had a Friday morning time limit, per Bid,
On Friday night, XAI informed some team employees that they were being closed via email stating that the company was looking for more “expert AI tutors” with intensive knowledge of subjects such as science, technology and finance, and cut off its employment of “General AI Tutor Rolls” without that special knowledge. Generalist AI tutors carry on a series of broad tasks, such as enotting video and writing assignments.
