
The European Union has imposed strict sanctions against the web-hosting provider Stark Industries and two persons who run it, CEO Iry to enable Nakulity and owner Ivan Nocality, “destabilizing activities” against the Sangh.
This action is part of the European Council’s effort to protect from Russian hybrid threats. It affects 21 individuals and six institutions that are behind activities that supported or promoted the interests of Russia’s foreign policy and distributed Russian pro -publicity through media outlets.

Other institutions targeted by the latest sets of sanctions from the European Council are media outlets, news agencies, and companies involved in the Russian espionage and disintegration missions, as well as with the individuals behind them.
The council has listed The Voice of Europe Media Channel and African initiative news agency as involvement in the spread of Russian narratives and publicity.
The Turkish media company Afa Medya and its founder, Hüseyin Doaru, have also been mentioned in the press release as the goals of the council for restrictions.
