I can’t tell you how many earbuds I’ve used that don’t fit well. Even though I know the trick to properly sealing the earbuds (hold the top of your ear, pull up, insert the earbud, twist, and release), it seems that most earbuds still don’t feel like they fit snugly.
And yes, with the right tips too.

This matters because if you don’t get a good seal, you won’t get the best sound (especially at lower levels). The difference between getting a good seal or not can be very dramatic; Once you get them seated properly, they look much better.
I’ve reviewed a lot of Baseus earbuds and found them to be consistently good and, in some cases, surprisingly good. when i received Inspire XP1 EarbudsI assumed they would sound as good as most Basius earbuds and that would be the end of it.
Only, it wasn’t. Let me explain.
my experience
When I took the XP1 earbuds out of their case, I immediately noticed something different. The shape of these earbuds is somewhat odd – something I didn’t really think about – until I put them in. I didn’t have to work that hard to get them to seal properly.
That weird shape gave the earbuds an extra seal: at the tip and then at the base. You see, while the ends don’t seal properly, the base of the earbuds compensates for this. With that one-two combination, the XP1 earbuds get the best seal I’ve ever experienced, and it really shows in the sound.

Usually, when I get a pair of earbuds to seal properly, they can put a bit of pressure on my ears. After about thirty minutes, I have to take them off, rest my ears, and then put them back on and start all over.
However, with the XP1 earbuds, this isn’t a worry. You get a complete seal without feeling that the earbuds are tight. These babies are comfortable. Okay, let’s get to the sound. After all, that’s what you’re here for, right?
The Baseus Earbud Case is small enough to fit in your pocket, but the sound is much bigger than that.

To begin with, the XP1 packaging clearly states, “Sound by Bose.” I’m not the biggest fan of Bose audio (there used to be a saying in the audio industry, “No highs, no lows, it must be Bose”), but I have experienced some high-end Bose speakers that were absolutely delightful.
Here, however, I can’t argue with the audio quality, as I was even able to hear elements of the track that I hadn’t heard before. In some cases, it was subtle, but in the case of Purity Ring’s “Oh, The Long Night,” I was hearing a lot of nuances I hadn’t heard before. That song is already gorgeous, but when you hear all the nuances you might not be able to see with other earbuds, it’s breathtaking.
You have to understand that when I listen to music, I am completely engrossed. I pay attention because I don’t want to miss a single note. I’m not a casual listener, so it’s important to have a pair of earbuds that can deliver those nuances, and the Baseus Inspire XP1 Earbuds don’t disappoint.

Thanks to that generous seal, the lows are amazing. You get a richer sound than you might expect in a pair of earbuds that cost less than $105. The altitude is also quite good and it is not taxing at all. They’re crunchy without being too cloying or showy. As far as mids are concerned, they are perfect.
The more I listen to the XP1 earbuds, the harder it is to find anything wrong with them. No, they are not the high-end, audiophile earbuds that sell for nearly as expensive. Instead these are well-tuned, brilliantly designed, cost-effective earbuds that will make you feel like you spent three times as much.
