Apple is the latest original feature of TV Plus “Fountain of Youth”, a new Gai Richie film that plays brother -in -law on a discovery for John Crassinsky and Natalie Portman for Titular Artifact.
This is a film that I have kept a close watch since seeing the first trailer. I love adventure movie classics like “The Mummy” and “Indiana Jones,” So “Fountain of Youth”, one of my most anticipated watches since the beginning of the summer movie season.
Before releasing on the Apple Streaming Service on yesterday (Friday, 23 May), I received to attend a preview screening to see what it was in the globe-trotting adventure store. Here’s what I have to say about experience
‘Fountain of Youth’ may not be worth finding

The story follows Waved Treasure Hunter Luke Purdue (John Krisinsky). He is currently being banned by a sick rich beneficiary, Owen Carver (Domanol Gleison), who wants to find out the fountains of youth.
After spending some time in collecting clues in place of fountain, he ends in finding his sister, Art Curator Charlet (Natalie Portman).
With Luke’s crew (and Owen’s money) in Tow, the pair was set in search of mythological water source, and thus would be familiar with any fan of films like “Indiana Jones,” “National Treasure,” “The Mummy” and more. There is danger, hot chase, slippery survives, ancient artifacts, some impressive sets and high bets … and it Needed There should be a complete explosion.
The emphasis on the word “needs” in that previous paragraph is very high, however, is abandoned by poor writing as “fountains of youth”.
Richie found a perfect action chops, and they still come here in some major setpes-Highlights, including moped chass, through the roads of the Kankock, who opens the film, or with one hand hand scrap partway-and at least at least on a clip.
The problem is that, whenever the action stops, we are involved in those writing crises. What kind of hami of the script style takes into account the nature, but the dialogue is just dependent on clich and eye-rol-qualified, clear quips, poor gags and confusing metaphors.
Worse, it also suffers from recurrence and Ton Of exhibition. The letters, out loud, just tell you Absolutely What they are doing and when they are doing so, or restore that they need to do several times. It was as if it was Design Can be seen in the background, while you are doing something else.
There are other problems; Demonstrations feel a little scarce for one, and some are thrown at a slower slower for no real reason, but poor writing is easily the largest mark against the “Fountain of Youth”.
It is a real shame, because I was really eager to see it really, and wanted to be able to give the film a bright recommendation. But after seeing it? I can’t simply.
Decision: ‘Fountain of Youth’ is a major latdown
“Fountain of Youth” is not clear, the worst film in the world; I stream very badly. This is just that this Apple TV Plus is one of the ‘Seva-Parvottam films, and I am not surprised at all that it has completely left theaters.
If you are in a disadvantage to see the weekend, you are a fan of a man Richie and you think you will get a very silly treasure out of hunting, “Fountain of Youth” may still be worth adding to your wrathlist.
But if you were expecting like a bold, luxurious adventure flick, I check my expectations: Richie’s latest feature is not.
