I tested the 16.4ft / 5M model of Govi Neon Rope Light 2, which is available to purchase for $ 99.99 / £ 99.99 on the Govi website, as is 9.8ft / 3m length, the list price of $ 69.99 / £ 79.99. At the time of writing, Govi is offering a 9.8ft model for the US $ 49.99, and for 16.4ft $ 84.99, and Amazon UK has a discount of 20% from a five-meter model, reducing the price by only £ 79.99, so it is worth checking that the retailer is the best proposal before buying. I got to test the white model, but it is also available in black, so it should be mixed on whether you are making a statement in your living room or adding another element to your RGB-One gaming setup.

The content of Neon Rope Light 2 looked good quality and was as smooth and soft for touch as you would expect from any best smart lights in the market. However, due to the nature of the material, it proved to be a bit of a magnet for dust and lint. It was flexible and easy to give, but it still took two of us to re -create an example designs on the app – mostly because 16.4 feet / five meters had a lot to wrestle with me. It was easy to follow the step-by-step process given by the app, in which the rope light shows the red sections, to indicate that it should be curved or fixed.
I found that bendable metal clip is really easy to work, as I just needed to slot them on the basis of rope light and bend in the required size, peeling the support of 3 m adhesive pads and sticking to the place. Of these, 10 bendable clips were included, including 15 plastic mounting clips, which were sufficient to re -create a woman’s facial design, but more available to buy for more complex designs, or if replacement is required.
I have tested a lot of cow products till date, and I still cannot help, but fan girl every time on the Goev Home app. It is easy to navigate satisfactorily, and it was almost comfortable to be added to Neon Rope Light 2, as the app only detected it only after connecting the rope light adapter to an outlet.
Even without connecting to the app directly, I could easily ride a bicycle through warm and cold white and kinetic visuals, using the wired control box in the power cord, with which I could also control the level of brightness and turn the light turned on or off the light. There was a lot to play in the Govi Home app, from which there was a pleasant number of color straps and scenes designed to choose, as well as the option to create my own color sequence.
The level of adaptation available is far ahead of this, however, allows me to fix color combinations to create satisfactory gradients, complementary color combinations and more with settings such as segment management. I could easily produce colorful effects using the AI generator, and the finger sketch function, which was one of my favorite to use with Neon Rope Light 2, as it allowed me to just choose a color and apply it to a very small or large segment, really raised my composition on rope lights. Only I felt that this feature was missing, the recently used colorful palette and the ability to undo, because I found that it was easy to accidentally add color while trying to scroll down the page.

I have faced most of these adaptable settings while reviewing other cow smart lights, such as Govi RGBIC LED Strip LiteBut the shape mapping feature was a new to me, and I have to say, I was very impressed. The idea behind this is that the size of neon rope light 2 is mapped from a photo, allowing better lighting to adapt, as well as enables the lighting effect to accurately display in the design as a whole.
To test this feature, I created a large vortex pattern and took a photo when indicated by the app. I quickly discovered that there is a clear difference between each rope light section to map correctly, so I ever loose the spiral a bit, and it raised it directly in my second attempt. I tried some scenes to test how good the resulting effect was, and especially the color painting scene made it clear how well the feature works, as the colors have been strobe throughout the zool.
I am a sucking for any bright and colorful, but Neon Rope Light 2 took my appreciation to another level. The wide variety of effects is perfect to expose the existing features with a solid color, or to make a statement as a neon sign with some kinetic lighting, adding an immediate wow-factor in any room. It is an expensive purchase, undoubtedly, but if you are someone who always distinguishes a neon sign, or something different to tongue your decoration, you will be quite happy with the cow neon rope light 2.
