If you are reading it, then the obstacles are reading about one or two standing and perhaps even thought of building your setup. If you have done this, I am ready to guess whether you have seen or considered a desk shelf. That was me years ago when I started my journey in the desk setup world.
Even then, I was familiar with the company Grovemade. It was then the peak of the desk shelf, and even to date, the more contestants I could count, they remain the original grand desk shelf, which till date create beauty.
When I noticed that they tease a standing desk, my enthusiasm was with untouchables. I knew that if a company cared a lot about the quality of the desk shelf, imagine how much care would be taken in the entire standing desk. Now, I have tested many best standing desks around, but I could never predict how good this desk is.

Grovemade Standing Desk: Anboxing and First Impression
Opening the box for this desk increased my excitement for minutes. The magnificent aroma of the real walnuts, the curves of real craftsmanship, and the complex parts all fit beautifully together. This desk was constructed, and I was establishing the workpiece and was organizing it only 45 minutes after reaching my door – how excited it was to me.
I chose to get a desk mat, some other walnut accessories, dual monitor arms, a lamp and some other accessories to get this dream setup to get the desk shelf.
The standout feature is, of course, underlying drawer. My first impression of this drawer was one of the shock and amazement, because it was what I expected to groove; In fact, it is almost exactly what I will do in an ideal world. The craftsmanship of this desk is out of this world. Solid walnuts with a soft matte finish are extreme craftsmanship in my brain. The drawer of CNC is a modern miracle and a task of art, which is fine with two productivity characteristics that I could ever wish with a standing desk. The Passthrough slit in the middle of the desk is one of the magnificent features I fell in love with.
This deliberately reflects craftsmanship, and it shows that Grovemade further thought how some people want to be able to do a passion, but not all. Unlike others, who have giant pests or other systems that cannot use the system, as the company has intended, Grovemed added a slit, which was used or ignored, and there is no problem.
Another notable feature with a luxurious design is the drop-down tray that spreads the width of the desk, which is used for both power and cable management. This option helps in making electricity accessible, provides enough space, and also helps to keep everything clean on the desk itself. Additionally, if the desk was not deployed against the wall, it would also serve as a Vinay Shield, which would provide some secrecy from that angle.
Grovemade Standing Desk: In Uses
I have gathered the groovemed desk and have a part of my fleet for 87 days. For those 87 days, this desk itself has grown on me and has become an almost right desk for most people. I made it one of my favorite setup, with dual monitors on a simple monitor arm, an iPad Pro from Kensington, a desk mat, some good items from Grovemade such as pen holders, and a magasif stand, a Thunderbolt Docking Station, a Thunderbolt Docking Station, which to perform for a double monitor from Dale and one and one and one and one and one and one and one and one and one and one and one one and one and each one to perform for a double monitor. There is a separate compartment enough for books, notebooks, papers, pens, equipment, accessories, and more.
In the last 87 days, I have adjusted and just correct it to work as I want. Being an underlying drawer that arises and is less and is made of premium content to keep my gear organized, a major step in the desk’s world.
Cable management in the legs is also fantastic. I was able to slit all my cabling through a slit from the desk and in this management field, which I needed, plugged into the power, and hiding my secondary dock here, so that I can run both the displays, regardless of the laptops I am using.
The controller is another very unique piece of this desk. Controls are very different from a standard controller, but once I got used to it, it now looks like another nature. I can easily and accurately adjust between standing and sitting heights, and I can adapt anywhere in the middle of what I want. Pairing this desk with a grovemed shelf is a clear option if you have cash for it, but if you don’t, there are still great setup options that you can make without the desk shelf. This makes this desk so beautiful that it is versatile. This desk can easily be used a creative designer, a professional professional, a teacher, a student, an engineer, a developer, a project manager, and so on. The desk is so versatile that it can accommodate almost any workflow.
After viewing several desks, I have identified some possible pain points for this desk that can make it less ideal for specific users. If you are the kind of person who has to mount things under the desk, such as my home office beast of a desk with server, switch, a Mac mini, a NAS, and more, this desk will make it very difficult to do so. There is a minimum location where there is no drawer or cable management. But, about everyone, this desk is not only correct, but a dream has come true.

Grovemade Standing Desk: Final Wordict
Grovemade not built just one desk – it changed when I think of a standing desk. The company designed an entire workpiece, not only an unprecedented basis on which a scope is to be built. And somehow managed to do so, so that users were not limited to the same place.
