Happy IEEE Day!
Celebrated for the first time in 2009, IEEE Day remembers the initial gathering of members to share its technical ideas in 1884.
Celebrations around the world display thousands of IEEE members’ methods in local communities, which join together to cooperate on the ideas that take advantage of technology for a better tomorrow.
“IEEE day 2025 is a celebration of innovation, cooperation, and incredible influence that makes our members worldwide,” says Abdul Halik Mi, the chair of this year’s IEEE DIT IEEE Day. “I encourage everyone to join it, share my stories and be part of this global movement.”
