This shocks me how good Bluetooth speakers are in the last few years. I remember when I bought my first Bose Bluetooth speaker, thinking that it had raised the bar very high. But when I now listen to that speaker – what has become available last year – it’s a matter of shame; Not only in sound quality but also in a sheer quantity.
Recently, I found several Bluetooth speakers to review. Some are single portable speakers, while others are couples. then there is Creative pebble x plusWhich includes not only a matching pair of speakers, but also the most young subworm which I have ever seen.
Also: These budget earbuds converted an audiofile into an open-ears believer.
Of course, when I pulled the speakers out of the box, I could think “what’s a cute sabwufar … I am sure there is a small voice in it.” I was wrong.
For my surprise, it packs a serious punch packing minuscule sub (6.14 x 6.16 x 6.24 in). No, it does not distribute my SVS SB1000 Pro Offer almost the sound, but seeing how small it is, I was surprised at how well it balances the low end for the pebble X speakers. You do not think such a small set of speakers can produce such a well -round, exciting sound, but definitely do it.

Of course, there is an app that you can install, which is the Creative Labs app (Android,IOS) But I was surprised that the sound quality produced by pebbles X Plus was not required to attract the attention of Eake. However, if you are so willing that you can install the app, which gives you access to the adaptation of RGB lights and upgrade a firmware.
My experience
As I said, from the beginning, these speakers impressed me. I decided to use them in my bathroom because I felt it is a very live room, and I wanted to test the clarity of the sound, even when I was in the shower. For my surprise, these speakers performed better in a way that I expected in a room with such high ceilings and very low surfaces that absorb sound.
I started with Rush with my Go-to Test album, “Signal”. I wanted to see if the sub “The Analog Kid” could place it with Geddi Lee’s bass. I did not find the sound clean, porous, tight and heavy. In fact, the pebble X Plus handled the song in a much better way, as much as I expected.

I then went into some environment music, especially the latest albums of carbon -based lifesto, “Sikar”, and each track found a pleasure. The entire soundscape of each song was wide, bright and rich. Kate Bush’s “cloudbasting” was as beautiful as it should be.
No matter what track I threw at the speakers, they gave a full-edged sound, which I expected that I am something big and more expensive. The only track with these speakers also had a slight trouble with “Nesun Dorama”, as the Great sung by Pavaroti himself.
In protecting the pebble X Plus, this track never fails to keep the voice of the singer slightly and in the center, narrows the soundstage and makes the sound slightly thinner. Outside him, these speakers performed remarkable.
ZDNET purchase advice
Straight up, Pebble x plus Bluetooth is an excellent set of speakers. In addition to subworks, gives them depth of sound, without the need to punch the volume to uncomfortable levels.
When space is an issue, I will advise these speakers to anyone in search of a rich sound. Whatever you get, the cost is spot for it, and no matter the style, you will be happy how these speakers provide your favorite music.
