At the moment, the maximum age can become a pet is 80 years old. Once they reach this age, they will remain 80 forever. That is, until an update expands the maximum age.

Why do you need old pets?
There are two main reasons you want to get old pets. First comes down for trading. Although there is not a certain trading system, you can exchange items. Many players often use pets to trade, and old, better.
The second reason comes down to capacity, which is why people want old pets. The older your pets are, the better their capacity. Therefore, if you have a meta pet that is old, its capacity will be much better.
