Last week, Microsoft hired 6,000 employees – 3 percent of their workforce – given the number of technical staff already closed in 2025, up to 60,000, up to 60,000, PruningIn a future version we are playing a role in this role, and software engineers sometimes protect against small LLM. I have the most effective advice quite simple: You need to identify and exploit your benefits.
Once you reflect something, you will be able to identify a long list of people, resources or opportunities, for which you have unique access. Questions to ask yourself:
- Where do you have a strong network of people that can refer to you? (This is the possibility of your former colleagues or alumni of school.)
- You have proved expertise in a skill that can be valuable for employers? (For example, to be very effective with SEO or quickness.)
- What are the domains that you were emotional before calming down? (Saying that you are emotional about AI, because everyone seems emotional about AI these days.)
The “spray-end-” approach for job applications is not only disappointing, but also ineffective. Please do not waste your time to apply on LinkedIn or really random jobs. Instead, follow the template installed by the most sensory people career: Find places where you have “in”.
Many engineers identify a buzzy company and use the standard outlook in trying to unload the job. In an era where there is a flood from job seekers in the market, there is a lot of competition to be effective. Instead, work beyond unique benefits and promising situations.
