An initial mission in Death Stranding 2: On the beach you will work with bringing some prototype MP tablets into a research lab. On the way, you will need to combat some BTS and clean them, which will reduce the count of chirl in one area. It seems that the kind of blood pills will be very useful.
Sadly, you cannot equip these pills to take this danger. These are just a mission items, not the actual gunpowder that you can put in your weapon. You need to use the blood grenade given by you to take out the BTS, then make your way into the research lab and distribute prototype MP blood tablets.
Once it is done, these pills will be automatically equipped in any MP weapon you choose, even which you find out in the area, which is very useful. From that point, you will be able to harm BTS with your MP weapons, making life very easy in the real world.
