Tipster Digital Chat Station (Translated from Chinese) shared new on Weibo Details about Huawei Mate Xt 2While the original Huawei Mate XT ultimat design was introduced in just two colors – dark black and cotton red (translated) – the upcoming models have been tipped to come in black, purple, red and white.

The Met XT2, which has been named ‘Greenon’, has been touched to come in September. According to Tipster, it will be the second month-made Tri-Guuna smartphone in the world. Huawei is expected to increase production for this model, which aims to sell more than its predecessor. The new model has also been tipped to improve camera capabilities, CPU performance and hardware features.

Huawei Mate XT2 Specification (Expected)

The previous leak indicates that Huawei Met XT2 will maintain the same display and battery as its predecessor. However, it is expected to ship with a new Kirin 9020 chipset, which is an upgrade on Kirin 9010 available in Huawei Mate XT Ultimate Design. This is a rumor to support satellite connectivity and can be a new 50-megapixel main rear camera with a variable aperture. An advanced periscope telephoto lens is also expected.

Huawei had allegedly filed for regulatory approval for the Tri-Guuna device under the model number GRL-Class. Global launch is likely to be done after the initial release in China. This is expected to compete with Samsung’s first tri-folded smartphone.

Huawei’s Mate Xt Ultimate Design is now the only commercially available three-fold smartphone on the market. It was initially launched in September last year with a price tag of CNY 19,999 (about Rs 2,35,900) for the 16GB RAM + 256GB storage model in China.
