Due to their more powerful nature, the best gaming are equipped for PC gaming as they are for handling complex workloads. However, I never thought that I would be seen for the first time how an animal of gaming PC would turn into AI Workstation.
Last year in Computex, I got a hand with the original Meg Vision X AI PC. However, at that time it was still a concept of how useful it could be by having a touchscreen display on a gaming PC front. Then, in the CES 2025, the RTX 50 series card of NVIDIA was officially announced that it was actually started taking shape.
Now in Computex 2025, MSI is once again back with its flagship desktop PC and this time, you will be able to buy one at a very vertical price in the end. However, with an Intel Ultra 9 285K processor, an NVIDIA RTX 5090 graphics card, 64GB DDR5 RAM and of course, 13 -inch FHD touchscreen display on the front side, its $ 7,500 tag is not as shocking as it may be visible at first glance. Heck, still, RTX 5090 GPUS is going online between $ 3,500 to $ 4,000, even though the graphics card has MSRP $ 1,999.
I have now got a chance to check MSI’s Meg Vision X AI desktop PC, but the second gene version (and what you really buy) has truly tricked your sleeve, especially if you are AI enthusiastic and a gamer in the night.

From second display to AI dashboard
As someone uses a multi-monitor setup at home, I was immediately conspired by a touchscreen display in front of the Meg Vision X AI. Surely, most of your gameplays or your work will be on one of the best monitors, but you can never be too much screen real estate? Instead of being a portable monitor below my main performance, as I do, this animal gaming PC has created one in front of his case.
Secondary performances in gaming PCs have become increasingly popular over the years. However, while most give you an easy way to look at the current temperature and other system glasses of your computer at a glance, a very useful on Meg Vision X AI.
I remember when I first tried this computer and the first thing I did was to pull a browser window and start scrolling through stories on Tom’s guide. From there, I opened YouTube and watched some videos and everything worked without any bottleneck.
I am a sticker for good cable management and with integrated performance in your PC, you do not have to worry about hiding the cables connecting it to your computer. Similarly, a vertical, 13-inch display gives you a lot of screen space to work without overshadowing your main monitor.
Now with the prepared version of Meg Vision X AI, MSI has changed how you use this front display. Instead of using it as a second monitor, now there are several modes based on work at hand and a simplified easy mode. You can easily switch with your own pre -superior widgets between preset gaming, working, meeting and entertainment modes, although you can also add your own custom mode.
Similarly, now that MSI Meg Vision X is not only giving positions as a gaming PC, but as an AI Workstation, its touchscreen display is now known as AI HMI (or human-masine interface). Instead of having a secondary performance to deal with the front of the computer only, it has become a wise interactive control center that uses AI for a better user experience and simplified system management.
At the bottom of AI HMI, you will get the AI zone of MSI that lets you launch your favorite AI tool quickly with a tap. From Chatgate to Meta AI, you will find the most popular AI services at the bottom of the display so that you do not need to type them in your browser. You just have to tap and the Meg Vision X AI opens them automatically. However, it cannot do all this.

All your models in one place
You can also use the company’s second display of Meg Vision X AI to open your AI robot chatbot. Powered by both MSI and Nvidia, this digital accessory allows you to chat and speak with your computer using natural language. You do not even need a pair of best webcams or computer speakers for this as a speaker has been made in front of a microphone and Meg Vision X AI case.
On the show floor in Computex, I saw as a MSI representative, in which the questions were typed and the company’s AI robot easily responded to him. Since it is a very powerful gaming rig after all, it was all on-device instead of clouds which is very good if you are not finishing your Convos in someone else’s hands with this AI chatbot.
One thing that I was curious that Microsoft was seen to pull it after seeing it, it was changing the settings of MSI’s AI Robot. From reducing the brightness of the display to handling more complex tasks such as turning on and closing Bluetooth, it was all taken that there was a quick message to the chatbot to accommodate computer settings.
Given, Meg Vision X AI was associated with a MSI QD-Old Monitor, so I am not sure it will work with a performance from another manufacturer. Nevertheless, it was clean to see in the person and something that I imagine would be better and more powerful over time.
MEG Vision X AI does not just run MSI’s AI locally, it can also run all types of different models. From Lama 3 to Dipsec and more, you can install various AI models on the machine and then use AI robot to switch between them. In a sense, the AI robot acts as your AI dashboard so that you do not need to open and switch between different apps. Instead, you simply choose and choose your favorite AI model from the drop-down menu and you can install new people properly from this menu.
Even if you are more than a gamer than an AI enthusiast, it is good to manufacture this additional functionality in such a powerful PC. In this way, it is there if you want to use it, although you do not necessarily have AI what AI is not your thing (yet).
Stay true for your roots
MEG Vision X AI is a gaming PC and after all MSI is also using AI for more gaming related tasks. For example, on AI HMI, you can see this detail with a visual representation of fans of your case -how fast they are spinning your current GPU and CPU temperature and frequencies. It is a good touch that the first time started by Meg Vision X AI, the first time a powerful gaming PC, with a powerful gaming PC with AI capabilities that NPU is made in thanks in his Intel Core Ultra processor.
At $ 7,500, this pre-made gaming PC is definitely on the expensive side. However, by incorporating AI in its design and feature set, MSI has made it a powerful gaming PC that doubles as an AI workstation or vice versa. Depending on how you want to use it and your workflow, Meg Vision X AI is a powerful PC that can play games as well as it handles local AI workload.
I never thought that a desktop PC made with gaming is first and most important, showing me how far AI has come in such a short time. Last year, when I first saw Meg Vision X AI, I did not even know how well it would ask for a game because I knew at the time that it would be a ship with an undeclared Nvidia graphics card so far with a beef. Now, however, you can buy a one for yourself in the end and locally play all kinds of different AI models on it and also play the best PC game on the highest settings.
Will you consider paying more for gaming desktops or laptops if it also doubled as AI Workstation? In the comments below and unfortunately tell for MSI, Meg Vision X AI will be a hard machine to top.
