When was the last time you had to go through the laborious process of resetting the password? Tomorrow? Last week? It’s not fun, it is?
Now, I appreciate that I am in a technology related job, but it seems that one day I don’t go without me to click on that dreaded ‘mistake password’ button. I hate thinking where all my forgotten passwords have gone. Maybe there is a place which they are dumped when they are needed again.
Thankfully, there is a better way, and it is called 1passwordIn the past, I have used Google Password Manager, Apple Password Manager and even Lastpass, but every time, I like to examine the competition and see what I miss I missing. The grass is greenery on the other side, right?

It was in front of me with the question that I downloaded 1password on my phone, signed up for free 14-day test, and proceeded to keep it through my pace.
A stop shop for safe data
At its core, 1password is perfectly suited to store passwords, and they are as easy as they want to recur. There are two ways to store data. The first is that let 1password a user name and password to store the moment you sign up for a website. This is incredibly easy, and if the existing password is required to update, 1password will also be present because you have changed it.
The second way is to add a new ‘login’ item within the app itself. This is a manual process, but still easy. You just have to enter a user name, password and the website that it is. That’s it. You can also ask 1password to generate a safe password that contains several characters, numbers and symbols. You will not be able to remember what has arisen, but this is the whole point of the app, right?
Receiving login data is equally simple. 1password will not only identify automatically when you are trying to enter the login details, but it will also autofil the field for you. If you do not want, you do not even have to see a password. And if you have found many accounts for the same website, there is no problem; Just choose from the list you want which provides 1password.
Just more than password
1password lets you save many data types including credit cards, identity information, safe notes and sensitive documents. It is far from a complete list, though. I was surprised to see that you can add passport data, medical record information and even software license. A lot that you may think that you want to keep safely stored, 1password has covered you. Think of it more like a vault for your digital data.
In terms of utility, the storage of credit card data saves me a lot of time. I am not a great fan of handing over my payment information to an app in this way, but it certainly makes any checkout process incredibly accelerated and straight. 1password will work to lift all heavy by autofiling any form with your chosen card information.
I also like the ability to save documents safely. I know that it is possible to safely drive them in Google Drive or similarly, but what are the additional documents you do not want to store with everything else? 1password holds all those together, which is safely stored behind the ID of your face.
When we are on the subject of security, 1password provides a feature called Watchtower, which gives you a safety score based on the data stored in the database. It also flags the objects that are not as safe as they can. This makes it easier to address less safe data without going manually through all your passwords.
