    If you are not already adding inches with push-up in your dynamic routine, then I have a question for you: Why not? I urge you to try them. This small and effective drill is a non-parasical when I train customers-I have seen hamstrings flexibility, mobility and core stability, all improve with every set and they complete.

    The inchworm does not require a push-up, but it is an effective way to strengthen the upper body and activate your core muscles when opening its hamstring and lower back. Also, they are fun, so there is also there.

    What is good for inch workworm exercise?

    Inchworm is a bodyweight dynamics exercise that targets the overall range of hamstring flexibility and speed.

    Because it is dynamic – you start standing, walk your hands in a plank position, then move your hands back to your feet – it pumps oxygen -rich blood around the body, prepares your joints and muscles for your workout and increases your heart rate.

    • Stand with your feet about hip-width
    • Get down to place your hands on the floor in front of your feet, moving on the hips
    • Take your hands a step ahead at a time until you find a high plate position
    • Keep your core across your stomach, creating stress, glutes and quads to support the lower back
    • Walk your hands back to your feet, then roll to stand.

    Avoid moving your hips towards the floor because you move your hands forward and try to keep your feet as straight as possible – harassing as much as possible as you will need to bend your knees.
