I always had an entrepreneurial spirit, but I never thought really and started my own business.
At the University of Texas in Austin, I studied computer engineering, started with hardware design before pivying for software engineering. I really love technology, and especially software engineering, because you are coding to solve problems – I still like to solve problems.

My husband is an entrepreneur who always had his own business. He would encourage me to start his own business, but I was very worried. Sometimes women can think very difficult to do something; This is why I caught back from becoming an entrepreneur.
For women in male-oriented areas, it is important to find the masters that can help you from your experience, even if their journey looks different from you. You can bounce ideas on them and ask them questions. Mentarship pushes you, but it also gives you assurance and confidence.
During my career, I learned a lot, helping me help when I jumped the founder.
“Small businesses are those that keep on increasing the economy.”
When we used to work, I first met my zenbigne co-founder Ross Buhardorf Excite.comA web portal company was established in 1994. Many years later, I joined the Homeway in a holiday rental market, where I lasted for 11 years until the company was acquired by expadia.
Later, Ross and I met for coffee, and they started talking about this idea of making something to help entrepreneurs and those who are starting small businesses. I was conspiracy and excited. I have always been emotional about that category in the market: small businesses are those that grow and move to the economy.

Hence Ross and I founded Zenbigation in 2017.
When it comes to the fast growing company like us, there are many things in our two-two list, but we do not always have resources to complete them at the same time, so we have to give priority.
AI has been one of those priorities. Everyone in business should use it these days. It is a great tool that saves time. Once you get employees on the board and use it based on their role and work. Our individual AI assistant, zenbigation Velo, is incorporated with each LLC formation and helps entrepreneurs to start and develop their businesses.

“It all comes down for this – people are at the center of any great company.”
For a long time, I have this mantra that helps me succeed as a business leader: be fearless, moral, be emotional.
Being fearless means to identify that anything is never going to be right, but you do it anyway. Being moral means to always be honest, for yourself, for your colleagues, anyone. And being emotional is everything. Loveing your work and possibly doing the best work will help you progress in your career and build your business.
It all comes down to this – PEopal is at the center of any great company. Whatever you do is about all people, whether they are employees, customers or communities.
Zenbusiness puts this rule into action by listening and supporting its employees.
For example, we became the early adoption of distance work. The company sent the employees home, when the epidemic hit, but as we kept growing and hired more people, we listened to the employees who said they like to work from home. Distance work gave them a chance to spend time with their families, cut commute hours and become more productive.

“Maybe you launch it as a side hustle to test it.”
All aspirational entrepreneurs should avoid the disadvantage of thinking about a business idea for a very long time before taking action: do it soon instead of later.
You do not need to leave whatever you are doing to start. Maybe you launch it as a side hustle to test it. Talk to those whom you are trying to solve a pain point because those conversations will give you a lot of information.
Every day, you are learning something new, and being able to pill faster, there may be a difference between running your business in the right direction. The way is always going to be surprised. So remember, it’s about all the people that are around you – it’s about all the people you bring to help you go through your business trip.
