I test a lot of power banks, and the amount of energy in these small devices is being increased. Now, they are making small handheld units that cannot recharge your smartphone or tablet, but can actually start a vehicle.

It can push too much for a vehicle, and do it very strongly (that old bus required some restart during its journey because it stopped for some time!).

This is definitely something that is being added by the workshop kit.
