Virtual reality is an amazing number of attention -focus apps, and I am their goal demographic. Floborne VR – Biofedback Breathe attention
If you have ever tried to meditate and do not know whether you are breathing from your stomach, then this app will answer you! You “play” VR by resting a controller on your intestine. It tracks how far your stomach spreads and contracts while breathing. Deep breaths from the diaphragm move you faster through a semi-evolved landscape. In other words, this app gives you a way to track how well you are breathing, and A Reason To focus on it. Finally I can be best in breathing! Personally, I do not like to think about my breathing because it seems that there is another shame that I have to worry about, but if the breath is your thing, and you want to improve it, then this app will do it.

Pillow
The pillow does not make high claims about consciousness, mindfulness, or peace, but I found that it is more calm and meaningful experience than any other meditation app that I tried. The pillow is lying on your back in the bed, already has more comfort experience than other apps. Its five mini-marks (called “Dreams”) is “The Meditator”, the best meditation app I tried overall. It uses the same controller AS-Breath-Monitor as Floborne VR, but the soundtrack has chills Little Indie loops rather than strange drones. Excessive. Another standout from the pillow: “The Fisherman,” an experience that lets you reel you from your roof into a virtual fish. Each fish has a recorded voice of another user of the pillow, which answers a question like “What would you like to do most in your life?” Or “What moment would you like to give relief?” I found that a partner is asked to connect with human thoughts, while flowing to sleep and being more meaningful/spiritual that old graphics are being asked to stare and imagine connectivity. Instead of explaining this, and $ 9.99 is a small price to pay for such strange beautiful experience.
