Acer Computex is taking out all stops in 2025, and not only with your sweep of all new laptops. It revealed a new pair of earbuds, but these are not the way you listen to music. Instead, they break the language obstacles-and I had a fully developed conversation in a different language.
AC AI transbuds provide real-time translations through the earbuds, using AI-based speech recognition and cementic analysis, so you can have two-way conversations in two completely different languages and know what the other is saying.
And there is no long, strange delay, either. This is an important reason that I shy away from other translation platforms, because in conversation the stall one can turn into one, well, buzzing. After trying AI Transbuds K., however, it was more than an auxiliary, natural flow.
Translations in languages have been a way to show your smart for AI, everything is a live interpreter from Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses offer their own live translation facility and of course, OL ‘reliable Google translation.
It is not that there are no other earbuds offering translations, in which 40 languages and 93 accents are offered to translate the vaam recadot and Timekettle X1 AI interpreter hub. But it does not reach real -time translation, and it suffers from some impurities.
With Acer AI Transbuds? They do not seem issues.

Smooth chat
Acer’s Transbuds support 15 major languages spoken in Asia, America and Europe. It includes French, German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese and others, but during the brief demo, it is English and Mandarin who used to work.
I am in a unique state of learning mandarin (this is lost on me now, it is sad), meaning that I can pick up some phrases and understand how they translate into English – simple stuff, take care.
It was very useful when testing these earbuds. They work through a plug-in USB-C receiver that can be used in a smartphone or tablet, where an app will give you the option to translate the languages of your choice.
I wore a chat with an Acer representative to a chat, which could speak fluently to English and Mandarin. Transbuds sit comfortably on my ears, which thanks to the yearhuk, instead of fit in the years. In a crowded place, the outside noise can be a distraction, but they were still very loud to hear the translation.
Anyway, the representative tested me by calling me on his phone, walking his translation capacity while walking, but still in the earshot so that I could hear what he was saying in Mandarin.
Obviously, some connection issues were the first due to the room signal. But once it fired, I could hear the complete translation of everything he said in English.
This is done through an AI voice, which looked quite natural. More importantly, I found that the translation was accurate. I could have asked the representative that “today’s weather is very good” in Mandarin, and this is actually translation that I got in English through earbuds.
I could also hear him “Can you hear me?” And “I thought you said that you have studied Korean, but you don’t, so we won’t try it,” in Mandarin, and again, this is what I heard in English. Even when speaking in English at the other end of the line, he can fully understand what I said when it returned to him in Mandarin.
And it was a very smooth conversation that did not require too much stalling to come.
Interestingly, they did not require a pair of transbuds themselves to achieve my translations, as you only need a pair to work in two-way conversations. Work, right?
Next-Je communication?
The speed of AI being used in Acer’s earbuds is impressive, and I can see why the company is targeting buyers to use them for business meetings, livestreams or online study sessions.
AI transbuds present many uses for multilingual conversations, and the real-time translation from what I can explain is quite shocking and accurate. But they also provide live captioning and transcription that can be seen on connected smartphones or tablets, meaning that you can record the conversation and see them later.
While I found no words on pricing (many Computex 2025 products have only estimated the estimated cost due to the current status or availability of the business), AI transbuds are sure to be useful earbuds for education, work or simply travel.
Depending on how much their cost will be, Acer AI Transbuds can be an easy set of earbuds to be in your pocket while going abroad (but to listen to music, perhaps stick to one of the best wireless earbuds instead).
