This week, Okle and Meta finally revealed their smart glasses (and they look a little amazing), we published our Nintendo Switch 2 review (this is very good, but not right), and Donald Trump launched a mobile phone (yes, and it seems to be strangers).
To catch all this more, we have this quick recurrence of the seven biggest technical news of the week, as well as links of the entire story so that you can dive more deeply in this subject.
Once you finish, watch our pics for seven new films and TV shows to stream the end of this week (June 20).
7. Garmin launched something other than a watch

In a honorable barrage of the latest new release of gamin, the Garmin index sleep monitor, is something else in addition to a clock for a bar – designed to be worn on the upper hand, it is a dedicated sleep tracker. With a more accurate signal than a week’s battery life and wrist-based trackers, this idea seems to be the idea to swap their germining watch for the sleep tracker overnight, as many people find uncomfortable to wear chunky running watches on the bed.
We know that it had been coming for some time, and is excited to get to hold with it – and it is the latest in the trend of screenless wellness trackers. Polar is also on the Act with a screenless, membership-free WHOOP option, although it is not being launched until September. If you are tired of the idea of another shining display in your life so far, you can see this week’s discrimant fitness tracker guide here.
6. Xreal launched new smart glasses

A new Pro AR Smart Glass of XREAL is easily best that we have ever seen, due to its new optical setup in large parts, providing a larger image and clear picture (caused by low reflections) compared to any competition.
This looks like a true precursor for Android XR glasses, it is working, and if the project aura can boast these features and more, Xreal can occur on a killer machine.
The only negative side of the impressive nature of Xreal One Pro is this, as you can expect, its price. Currently the cost of a pair is $ 649 / £ 579, and if you have factors in ‘alternative’ ad-ons such as Xreal Beam Pro (at $ 199 / £ 189), it can start adding. However, as a portable entertainment and productivity partner, Xreal’s glasses will not let you go down if you decide to take them.
5. Trump tried to make the phone great again … We are not convinced

Trump Mobile did not make his mobile service priced at $ 45.47 per month, the President of the United States did not make a single subtle signal for two conditions of Trump. Furthermore, however, service, and especially new, Gold T1 phones, are not giving a lot of direct references to the sitting president.
We focus on the head-scratching device, providing a mixture of old and new techniques (some 3.5 mm headphones are thrilled about jack) and claims a difficult-to-confidence that it will be built in the USA.
$ 499 Android 15 phones are set to come in September, just on time to the next iPhone. We can’t wait to watch that matchup.
4. Apple Music’s new AI DJ impressed many

At Apple’s recent WWDC event, the company unveiled its exciting new automics feature for Apple Music. Unlike crossfed functions, which crosses the song from one song to another to avoid silence, the Automics creates a spontaneous playback experience using beat matching and time stretching to add each song to a row.
Although we have a few months as long as the Automics does not roll out with a broad iOS 26 release, it is currently in the developer beta, and early access people are already revealing their abilities online, marking one of the first viral Apple music trends.
This is a major step towards improving the spirit of the community of Apple Music, even though it is still behind the spotify on the social front. But out of what we are seeing so far, the automics is a fun and attractive new feature that will win over many users, and as a Spotify fan, I hope that it is taking some notes.
3. We spent a week with Alexa+

Amazon has unveiled Alexa+, its popular Voice Assistant’s AI-Infeed Remagining months, but we have been waiting for a full public release and the chance to try the stage so far.
We spent a week with Alexa+ Early Access and found that it is not fully ripe (and sometimes buggy), the new platform shows tremendous promise.
This is the first LLM that seems to be a smart home aware, and means that it can help you set, adjust and improve your smart home, provided all the gadgets can work with Alexa and be discovered by the new Alexa+.
It is also proving to be a great conversion, and it is very likely that your relationship with Alexa+ will be different from one of the timer-friendly and weather-zonal OG Alexa.

Meta has expanded its smart glass partnership with Esselaralxotica by introducing a pair of Okle smart glass based on the brand’s HSTN design.
The author thinks that it is beautiful, but our office is less than a sluggish chat specific form appreciation. On one side, beauty, glasses are packed with hardware and software upgrade.
We are talking about Meta Ray-Bans (this is now eight hours instead of four), better cameras (3K quality video capture), and better AI aid battery life, including things such as asking about surf conditions and golfing techniques.
They are due to launching later in this summer, starting from $ 399 / £ 399, but a limited version pair will soon go up for pre -order for $ 499 / £ 499 on 11 July.
1. We reviewed Nintendo Switch 2

Nintendo Switch 2 is here at the end, and we have fully tested all the new console for reviews in the last few weeks. In short, this is an unprecedented upgradation on the original switch system. Although it definitely lacks that hallmark nintendo innovation, what we have here is a powerful hybrid handheld gaming device.
We now have a crisp 1080p display, capable of fresh rates up to 120Hz. In addition, Handheld also includes HDR and variable refresh rates for smooth performance for moving performance. Players who prefer the docked mode are not released in the cold, however, can benefit from 4K and 1440P resolution settings playing on TV or monitor.
While the battery life definitely leaves a lot to be desired, Switch 2 is still a skilled handheld game console, and we can’t wait to see what kind of games of Nintendo have stores in the coming years.
