Kali Linux has released the third edition of 2025 version 2025.3, with ten new equipment, Nexamone support and Nathunter reforms.
Kali Linux is a distribution designed to conduct red team exercises, penetration testing, security audit and research against the network for cyber security professionals and moral hackers.
New tool added to Kali Linux 2025.3
With every release, Kali comes with new toys to play with Linux.
With this release, we have ten new equipment, listed below:

- Patchlikes – Fix security and provide detailed description so that you can validate – or weapon – it is fast
- vwifi-dkms – Setup “Dummy” WiFi Network, establishing connections, and disconnecting them
Kali Nathunter and Nexamon update
Nexamon is a firmware patching framework for broadcom and ul-Fi chips that allows you to enable monitor mode and frame injections.

With this release, Nexamon is now involved in Kali Linux, making it more accessible to raspberry pie and other devices.

“Now Nexamone support is back and is also supporting Raspberry Pie 5! Other devices can also use Nexamone, it is not limited to raspberry PI.”
In addition to Nexamone, Kali Nathunter has received some updates, including support to run it on Samsung S10.
Kali Nathunter car hacking, carcanel, also got new features, including a new UI update and several bug fixes.
The team says they will release some videos in the future how to showcase carcanals and various characteristics.
Other changes
This release includes other changes and improvements, including:
- The VPN IP panel plugin (XFCE) now allows you to specify the interface you are monitoring, easily to copy the IP address of your VPN connection on the clipboard.
- Kali Armel (acorn RISC machine, Little-Andian) is leaving support.
- Now you can install kernel modules with magisk. However, Kali warned that it is still in an experimental position.
