See our entire conversation here, and read below for three success, which I have shone with my inspirational corners.
- Be patientKim says that there is no success overnight. After losing his corporate job, he launched his own digital marketing company from his kitchen table, using a loan of $ 10,000 from his grandmother. “I sat at my kitchen table for three years, 16 hours a day, just grinding it,” she remembers. “It’s difficult. It’s alone. But you have to be firm, and when everyone else leaves, you have to move forward.” Payed his tenacity. He sold that company for $ 20 million. And she did not stop there – the last company she sold went into $ 235 million. If you are thinking, yes, he paid that loan to his grandmother, plus interest.
- Take your shot. When it comes to investing, Kim says that she always supports great people on great ideas. “I want adaptable people who can find a way to win regardless of the situation. And honestly, the idea always changes.” And she encourages everyone to go to the level and take his shot with him. “Pitch me my thought, I can’t wait!”
- Professional failure is not personal failure. Kim credited her success to learn from mistakes, but did not pay attention to her. “Your business may fail, but do not define or label yourself as that failure,” she says. “You should be able to say that ‘it was just something that happened’ and move forward.” She says, “The only mistake you should never leave.”

- Whenever she feels suspicious, Kim holds an individual highlight reel on her phone.
- His favorite way to shut down his business brain is spending time with his children. “I have four children, and when they are all together, you can’t think of anything else!”
- If you are not “earning or learning” in your job after three years, Kim says it is time to move forward
