    Productivity shortcuts are major combo that you will use yourself the most. They are easy to use and help you manage your work. Over time, these keystrokes become the second nature.

    1. CTRL + C – Copy highlighted text or file.
    2. Ctrl + V – Paste whatever you have just copied. Keeps the text format.
    3. Ctrl + shift + v – Paste whatever you copy, but it removes formatting.
    4. Windows key (for victory, short) + V – The clipboard opens the tool, which contains a list of already copied texts. This helps in conditions where you can “erase” the previous copied items.
    5. Ctrl + x – Cuts highlighted items. Ctrl + V restores it.
    6. Ctrl + Z – undo the final action, such as restoring the removed text or returning a transferred file.
    7. Ctrl + Y – Defines the action which was just undone.
    8. Ctrl + F – opens the find tool, so you can search for specific words or phrases.
    9. Ctrl + A – Highlight each item in a window or text in a document.
    10. Ctrl + S – Save your work quickly.
    11. Ctrl + Backspace – Remove the entire previous word
    12. Ctrl + delete – Remove the whole word.

    Windows 11 has various accessibility shortcuts that make OS easy to use. These shortcuts help people with limitations or conditions that can restrict their use of windows. He said, anyone can use them to improve their experience.

    1. Win + plus ( +) – Magnifier activates the tool and zoom automatically on the screen.
    2. Win + minus (-) – Zoom out when the magnifier tool is activated. Hitting Win + ESC comes out of the magnifier.
    3. Vin + Ctrl + Enter -Lonch narrator, a text-to-speech function that verbally describes what is on the screen.
    4. Press the shift key five times in succession – Turn on the sticky keys, which change how shortcuts work so that you do not have to press and hold many keys to trigger them. For example, under sticky keys, double-tapping Ctrl then Ctrl + C has the same effect.
    5. Left Shift + Left Alt + Print Screen – Togle high opposite mode for easy readability.
    6. Win + ctrl + c – The color filter togle like Grassscale. The filter can be helped in the accessibility menu to reverse colors or help people with dutranopia (also known as red-green blindness).
    7. Win + u -The accessibility menu opens in settings, where you can activate or deactivate accessibility-related features.
    8. Win + ctrl + o -No-screen opens the keyboard.

    Navigation shortcut

    The navigation shortcut allows users to move around various apps on Windows 11 without the need to lift their hands from the keyboard. They are especially useful for multitaskers who do juggling of many programs at once. Once you master them, navigating your PC will feel comfortable.

    1. Ctrl + Alt + Tab – All open apps show. Use arrow keys to hop from one to another.
    2. Win + s – Windows opens the search.
    3. Win + tab – Revealing all open windows and all open desktops, opens the task view.
    4. Win + D – hides every window on your desktop. They are discovered by pressing the keys again.
    5. Win + left or right directional arrow – The current takes the window to the edge of the screen which is pointing to the arrow.
    6. Win + up arrow – Maximes a window.
    7. Win + down arrow – Reduces the same window.
    8. Win + ctrl + d – Create a new desktop.
    9. Win + ctrl + f4 – Closes a desktop.
    10. Win + number key – Opens the taskbar app pinned on that number. For example, Win + 3 Microsoft Edge can open while Win + 4 opens the Microsoft Store.

    Windows 11 File Explorer has its own set of keyboard shortcuts to help users to reorganize folders and files. Instead of pulling the item around the menu or to clean the chaos, these simple key press management makes the management documents an air.

    1. Win + E – The file explorers opens.
    2. F2 – Change the selected file or folder. Depending on the keyboard, you may also have to catch FN.
    3. Shift + delete – Permanently removes an item. Removal only sends the file to the recycling bin.
    4. Ctrl + n – A new file explorers opens the window. It lives on the page of the previous window.
    5. Ctrl + Shift + N – create a new folder.
    6. Alt + enter – A file and the properties for a folder opens the window.
    7. Alt + left or right arrow – Grow forward or backwards through your file explorer history.
    8. Alt + up arrows – Go back a folder level.

    Browser shortcut

    Browser shortcut productivity is similar to shortcuts, in which they do similar things, such as mimicking and pasting items or highlighting the entire documents. However, there are some unique equipment, such as the ability to make tabs. The following was tested and confirmed to work in various browsers: chrome, age and firefox.

    1. Ctrl + T – Open a new tab.
    2. Ctrl + Shift + T – Open the last closed tab again. (This is a very big!)
    3. Ctrl + W – Close the current tab.
    4. Ctrl + tab – Transfer correctly through the tab.
    5. Ctrl + Shift + Tab – Left through the tab.
    6. Ctrl + Shift + N – Open the new private browsing window. On Firefox, it is Ctrl + Shift + P.
    7. Alt + left or right arrow – Go back and forth through tab history.
    8. Ctrl + D – Bookmark page.
    9. Ctrl + H – Open browser history.
    10. Ctrl + n – Open a new browser window.
