Microsoft is checking an ongoing outage that is preventing Microsoft 365 administrators from reaching the administrator center with business or enterprise membership.
While the company has not yet revealed which areas are currently affected by this ongoing service decline, it is currently tracking it on its official service health status page to provide access to up-to-date information to the affected organizations.
“Microsoft is investigating a potential issue that can prevent administrators from reaching Microsoft 365 Administrator Center,” the company Tell me,
“Information about this problem has been posted on this page because Microsoft 365 Administrator Service can be unable to reach the administrator center to obtain health information.”

As the company revealed an incident in alert on Wednesday (Mo1120879) Viewed by bleepingcomputer, the affected admins were facing a ‘runtime error’ that was stopping the access.
Microsoft said, “Any administrator may have tried to reach the Microsoft 365 administrator center through the affected section of the service infrastructure in the eastern US region.”
“A part of the regional service infrastructure responsible for access was not performing on the expected threshold, and the resulting effect was.”
In January, Redmund reduced another outage, tagged as an important service issue, blocking login efforts and prevented users and administrators from reaching some Microsoft 365 services and administrators center.
A month ago, a Microsoft 365 Outage took down the office web apps and admin centers, making customers access to “a service outage” messages while trying to reach their microsoft 365 apps via web browser.
