The best characters that you can get and upgrade in Mirin Star Legends right now. ,Meta‘, if you will.

One level
Just because these characters are not in the top level, it does not mean that they are a bit bad! If you are not sufficiently lucky to achieve any character in S-Tier, these are About Just as good.

Be tier
