Nintendo rolled out a new firmware update (version 20.2.0) for Switch 2 last week, and appears that it is not only portal 2 that this patch may be fixed.
Switch 2 Nintendo is reported to be “more than 20 games” with backward compatibility problems, it is believed that this latest system is a solved issues. Some other titles clearly include the crypt, endless ocean: luminous and conjugation: rice and ruins.

The same website reports how Nintendo has identified “Switch” switch 2 issues with Batman: Arkham Night, Darkstar One and Welcome to Emperaum, so hopefully there is an update for these games in the future.
