Developers of Proton, Excellent Proton Mail, Proton Pass and Proton VPN have revealed that it will give up its membership prices for iOS users. It follows the result of a huge court case associated with Apple and epic sports, in which Apple meant to prevent ineffective practices that allowed it to impose additional fees on customers.
Proton founder and CEO Andy Yen noted that it is eventually a chance for the company to cut costs for its customers, and potentially can reduce prices of up to 30 percent – a big win for millions of iOS users worldwide.
In addition, Yen said that Apple’s decision can also have a major impact on inflation in the US.
