Nike Vemero 18: Two-minute review
Nike Vomero 18 is new to 2025 and the new king of Nike is Kushinging. Instead of the invincible 3, Nike Vaomero adds 18 zoomx and react x foam, as well as the biggest stack height that we have seen in Vomoro Line, 46 mm.
They take their place as the third shoes in the line-up running on the repetition road of Nike, along with the structure range for the runner, and for the popular Pegasus 41 as a everyday trainer.
Nike Vomero 18 is a high-mile shoe designed for slow runs, recovery and long distances. You will not set any track records in them, but as a large, squishi shoes, they are definitely some of the best running shoes.
Nike Vomero18 said with another shoe, I tried Armor Anant Aristocracy 2. While Elite 2 is a really disappointing package from a style point of view, Vaomero 18 looks excellent. We picked them up in the new men’s barely green/hyper Crimson/Barely Volt/Metallic Silver, and I have to say they are absolutely surprising.
Colors are electrified, although more neutral tones are available if they look slightly more. The overall silhouette is really impressive, and once they actually stand out. If you want a head-turning trainer for gym or road, it is a major contender.
The upper is extremely soft and throne, and screams the quality of the entire trainer. Another grip with Elite 2 was a cheap-fingering foam. In contrast, Nike Vomero 18 shoes feel too much premium and remove the build quality.
For the first time, stepping into Vomero18, I was immediately killed how cushion and softening the interior, however, is a standout catch. Compared to other shoes I used – including Nike’s own Pegasus 41 – Vomero 18 seems to be extremely snag.
During all my tests, I found that Vaomero 18 is very small on its standard size 10, and on reflection, I would recommend to shape much more. Coupled with clear arc, fit is extremely close and feels cooked to go up on the size chart.
Built with long, slow, stable-state, Vomero 18 has pronounced 10 mm heel-foot drop and a pleasant winding design. This is more than Elite 2 above 2, and can close some people, but I usually found the rolling motion of Vomero18 extremely enjoyable.
The combination of Zoomx and React X Foams serves Vomero 18 very well. Compared to Elite 2, they are still squishi and soft (possibly morse), but vice versa are much more stable.
Despite the height of height, I had no wobbles or complaints at all, and Vomero is very pleasant to run away in miles after 18 miles. With the huge heel stack, they will naturally favor heel strikers, however, in general there is so much cushioning on shoes that they will suit all too much.
While on a slightly heavy and bulkier side, Vaomero 18 shoes do not feel highly cumbersome, and I have no worries with overheating.

As mentioned, Vomero 18 is described as a truth for size. I would advise to shape half size. If you can, be sure to test them at your local running store, or buy them from somewhere. If you can return them then the size is not correct. Most retailers will let you return the shoes within two weeks, provided you have not used them out.
