The Mario Cart World is just two weeks away, launched on 5 June with a nintendo switch. Under the leadership of the release of the game, Nintendo released Four-part interview series Along with the team behind the Mario Cart World, which also includes producer Kosuke Yabuki. In this interview series, Yabuki is asked how many courses in the game, in which he responds that there are more than 100.
Yabuki explained that because the Mario Cart World is designed as an open world racing game with a lot of terrain and is difficult to determine the number of courses, to detect N route and between the race track designed. However, if you combine all possible variations, the number is more than 100, according to the yabuki.

“In this game, you don’t just run on courses,” he said Interview“The areas between courses are also used for racing. So it is as if courses are spread around the world, and if you were to add all possible variations, it will easily exceed 100.”
The interviewer then jokingly stated that Yabuki had earlier said that Mario Cart World did not have the design to increase the amount of philosophy material, just to do so despite the game. Yabuki said, “Since it is now a single, mutually connected world, it is difficult to compare a direct comparison with the final game, but in search of this new, vast world approach and fun, we have increased dramatically in the context of visual design, programming and audio.
“And as a result, the gameplay is more diverse than ever.”
We all will know how diverse the gameplay is in two weeks when Mario Cart World specially launches for Nintendo Switch 2 on 5 June.
