Nintendo has Update Its list of switch 1 game which will be compatible with Switch 2 on 27 May 2025 today, requiring a free update to walk on a new console with a bunch of game.
Doom Eternal, Ander Magnolia: Bloom in the Mist, Gall Guardian: Damon Parj, and Pizza Tower now have a note next to them, saying that compatibility is planned to “solve through an update.”
Prior to this update, only fitness boxing was confirmed to be updated. Now well more than 40 sports have improved due to the launch of the console or “shortly after”. You can take a look at the full list of games Nintendo’s website,
There are still some fairly noticeable titles with issues, such as foreign isolation, nevorviner nights: Enhanced Edition, Harvestella, and Overkek! You can eat all, so hopefully we will get more news on them soon.
With these new updates, Nintendo has also confirmed that many apps available on switch 1 will not work on switch 2. These are:
- Niconico
- Ebema
- Hulu
- Crunchyrololl
- Ecipane
We do not know if the switch 2 is receiving these apps below the line, or if he is getting additional streaming apps, we will have to wait and see.
