From September 8, Samsung health users can schedule virtual visits with doctors and connect to walgreens pharmacies for prescription management.

Samsung which collects health data through its smartwatch and smart rings will not be shared with doctors. But users can get Samsung collected information, such as a low sleep score or sleep apnea indicators, and the doctor share with the doctor during their journey. A spokesman said that Samsung Health Wellness Tips can use that information to encourage users to book virtual trips.
Doctors can give care like a primary care provider – and can also prescribe drugs for symptoms.
Samsung users are monitoring their prescriptions through the Samsung Health app, but they have not been able to connect to drug providers till now. Walgreens changes in integration. Users can compare, compare and manage the prescription directly in the health app, keeping their health and drug records in one place.

This is the latest step to develop a “broad system” of Samsung that plays a role in every stage of the user’s health trip, as the Praveen Raja of Samsung mentioned in the company’s January Unpacked event.
