AOC has created its reputation on placing high quality monitors together for a great price, and it is what is done here. In addition to the previous mainstream AOC products, the lift that lifts to Q27V5CW provides USB-C docking with HDMI and displayport input, which is quite remarkable for the price: a clear competitor is the E27D G4 of HP, which costs around £ 500.
In terms of panel quality, AOC is definitely a match for HP. Both provide 2,560 x 1,440 resolution in a 27in diagonal, and Q27V5CW is a vibrant offering in combination with average delta E of 0.33 with 94% coverage of DCI-P3 Gamut. If you prefer SRGB color location, then head into AOC (Clumsy) OSD, which switchs to a certain glow of 255CD/M2This is a drop of 336cd/m from the screen of the screen.2 But it locks you in SRGB Gamut: 96% coverage of 96% with average delta E of 0.43. They are exemplary figures.
Like HP, AOC also includes a webcam. But where the HP sticks to 720p, it goes up to a 1080p. Overall, I was impressed: a lot of expansion and solid color needs all people. There are no fancy AI characteristics, such as follows around you during the call, but it supports Windows Hello Login. Dual microphones are only fine, suffering as they hum a minor humming, but the pair of 5W speakers is quite good to listen to music. However, audiofiles will not be happy with bass and lack of expansion.
The USB-C port gives power up to 65W, so the best docking is not 100W of the monitor but a lot for most laptops. Connecting on the USB-C not only cuts the cable dislocation, but also activates four USB-A ports tucking backwards. However, this is not a USB-B input, so you cannot share the keyboard and mouse between two connected computers.
I took advantage of the axis option of a well -built stand to reach the ports, and it also provides 130 mm height adjustment and also a lot of tank and tilt. This adds up to a luxurious daily screen, and while the AOC does not offer a high refreshing rate-75 HZ-a 4ms gray-to-graye response time means that casual gamers must be satisfied. But here the real award is £ 330 asks the value, which is just amazing for high quality 27in USB-C docking monitor.
We have also ranked the best monitor for double screen set-up.
