OnePlus Nord 5, Nord CE5, and Buds 4 India launch set for July 8; Major features, availability detected

OnePlus Nord 5 series will be launched in India in July, confirming the company. This will be with OnePlus Buds 4 headset. The Nord 5 series will include a vanilla Nord 5 and a Nord CE5. OnePlus has revealed that the smartphones will be equipped with Snapdragon 8 series chipset. Meanwhile, the upcoming Buds 4 Tids earphones will come with dual DAC drivers and LHDC 5.0 support. Availability details of handsets and audio wearbals have also been announced.

OnePlus Nord 5 Series, OnePlus Buds 4 India launched

OnePlus launched Nord 5 and Nord CE5 handset with Enplus Buds 4 at 2 pm on July 8, the company disclosed in a press release. They will be available to buy in the country through official e-store and Amazon.

The OnePlus Nord 5 variant will be operated by a Snapdragon 8S General 3 SoC, and it will support LPDDR5X RAM. According to the company, the handset will have the facility of Snapdragon Elite Gaming Technology, which uses “hardware-satisfied real-time ray tracing”. This claims to support Battleground Mobile India (BGMI) on 90FPS and support the call of duty mobile on 144FPS.

OnePlus further stated that Nord 5 would be equipped with a graphine-supported thermal management system that we see in the Flagship OnePlus 13 models. The upcoming handset will take 7,300 square mm “Cryo-Velocity” VC cooling room for heat wastage.

Meanwhile, OnePlus Buds 4 Twis Earphone will have dual driver units with dual dacs. They will support 3D audio experience as well as high-resolution LHDC 5.0 audio codec. The headset is claimed to offer 47MS Ultra-Lo delay in a dedicated game mode, which is said to reduce audio-visual lag during gaming. Earphone storm gray and zen will come in green options.
