Pop culture warning indication like recent promotion, a second-like screen time apps and Netflix like rabbit R1 Adolescent Prove that we, as a society, fully recognize the dangers of excessive smartphone use. But are we really ready to leave our pocket computer at the door?
The answer to most of us is still ‘no’, yet this stress between the person and the product is something that is beginning to identify and respond to large-nam smartphone brands.
Nothing, for its part, knows that you want to spend less time on your phone, so how can it be celebrated to buy “first true flagship”, nothing phone 3? After joining hands with a new device at my London -based launch event, I spoke with AI lead, Cellim Benayat for nothing, who explained how the phone 3 will help you be a “focus” and “peacock human”.
“Why we are calling the phone 3 a ‘flagship’, I think it has a lot to do, it has a lot that we believe as a company: clarity, peace – this more human experience,” says Cellim. “And the feature that (values) speaks the most, is the new glyph matrix at the back.”
“This is a feature that is quite literally, (forces you) to keep it on a table to experience it. It helps you, as a human, re -controls again, okay? You are not constantly looking at your screen. You are not receiving information constantly. It puts you more in the present time.”
A renovation of Gliff Interface from the previous phone is a small dot-matrix display that sits in the top-right corner of the rear panel of the Phone 3. It is capable of displaying many different types of materials-ranging from individual-specific information to monochromatic ‘gliff toys’ (read: party game) spin the bottle.
“Then, when you look at more software-operated innovation,” Saleim continues, “Phone 3 has the necessary discovery, which helps you get whatever is important to hurry with more intentions, which helps you to focus clearly.
“And there is also the required place (the phone is introduced on 3A Pro), which is a big for us, because it helps you remember what matters to you – again, so you may be present in the conversation with your friends, or come back in the flow (whatever you were doing).”
In other words, anything is not actively focusing on distributing features that limit their users the amount of spending on their phone. Is this a strange position as a developer? I put the question to Cellim.
“I think it really (about) again tells how the interface (smartphone) should look,” they explain. “Nothing, our philosophy, yes, on one side, is again technical fun and inspires the spontaneous creativity that we all have. But on the other hand, I think we also know carefully that our relationship with the phone has become unwell.
If you create an experience where people feel more, it is really healthy, and people like it.

“Your phone does not help you to be more human. It is no longer a ‘bicycle for mind’, well, almost a minor resentment (towards our phone). And so we believe that if you create an experience where people feel more, it is really healthy, and people like it. Hopefully, it will also run high retention.”
It remains to be seen whether the Snapdragon 8s of the phone 3 will woo the 8s general 4 chipset, triple-lens 50mp camera setup, and 5,150mAh silicone-carbon battery buyers to put a thorn for their $ 799 / £ 799 / AU $ 1,509 price tag. But it is definitely refreshed to listen to a brand about such well -being.
Nothing Phone 3 is available to pre-order from now on Nothing straightWith open sales to start globally from July 15. We are currently putting the new device through its pace, so stay for our complete review in the coming weeks.
