Ox Storm G2: Two minute review
The Ox Storm G2 is a wireless gaming headset compatible with PC and Mobile with Playstation and Nintendo Console, thanks to its various connectivity mode. It is understood to be smooth and quite quite, although some fruits and flowers that mark it as gaming peripherals, and are the least attractive aspects of it. However, RGB adds some delicious vibrancy to light action.
The buttons work solid and smoothly, and are well located for easy access. The volume wheel is placed below instead of the left driver, which stops the miscreants when leaning back to the chair. However, it is a shame that it is strange to use, due to its low profile and rough knotting.
It is also pleasing light and is not heavy like some of its rivals. However, it does not feel as premium as the best wireless gaming headset, the side is allowed to go down to some extent with plastic. Fit and finish in some areas is commendable, while it wants in others.
Hooks for drivers feel confidently feeling solid, although their height adjustment mechanism is quite bad, as it is difficult to move them smoothly. Nevertheless, at least they provide great protection.
Hurricane G2’s earcups fail to provide as much cushioning as you can expect on the basis of their thickness: touching my ears inside the drivers, it seemed as if the lower part of my ears was not sufficiently cupped by padding.
He also put a little more pressure against the sides of my head. Of course, this is a problem that I experience with multiple headsets, and the effect was not very problematic here. However, the issue was made worse when wearing glasses, as the drivers pushed my frame’s arms a bit in my head. I found Hurricane G2 comfortable for small and medium sessions, but for a long time, I will experience fatigue.
Despite the lack of software, three EQ mode via a dedicated button are selective. These audio provide meaningful differences for quality, with music and mode highlights around, both provide sufficient loyalty and low end for a pleasant experience, even if that type of content is consumed. I was also pleasant to the microphone quality, which is clear and free from deformation.
What is the most impressive about the storm G2, however, it has a low price. Many wireless connectivity mode do not have many gaming headsets, which are cheap, yet reduce those who perform strongly.
Budget prices are better -looking gaming headsets, but they are still more expensive than Storm G2 – although some additional features and offer software to reach tweex. But at this price point, Hurricane G2 is a strong option for those on hunting for a decent and inexpensive gaming headset.

The storm G2 costs $ 79 / £ 62 (about AU $ 123) and is now available in the way of black and white. It comes with a viological microphone, bag carrying, USB charging cable, USB-C dongle (with USB-A adapter), and 3.5mm ox cable.
This is a very low price for a wireless gaming headset, especially supporting both a joining and 2.4GHz standards. If you are equally looking for budget -friendly wireless headsets, corsair HS55 wireless is a great option, as we think it is the best PC gaming headset in this category.
It is still more expensive than the storm G2, but can be optimized using IQ software, while the storm G2 lacks any such equipment. It also has a good sound, if there is a shortage of somewhat low response.
If you are looking to save even more money and do not feel like not, then EPOS H3 is one of the best wired gaming headsets in our view. It claims luxurious sound and comfort levels, but like the storm G2, it lacks software.

Oxs Storm G2 Review: Design and Features

The storm G2 has a mixed appearance, with smooth elements that are somewhat less than gaming-oriented growing, such as a nondscript symbol and contour driver. RGB light injects some attractive glare, though.
It sounds quite light, and the quality of the build looks quite durable. However, plastic is not the most premium, and some panels and their joints feel a bit faster and unrefined.
Sewing around the headband is more impressive, with its tight and accurate execution, and hooks for drivers are confidently solid. To adjust height, however, is not the most smooth process, as they grab them while slipping back and forth, but remain safe at least once.
The drivers are slowly slim, some with less bulk than other gaming headsets. And when the buttons on the left driver are not particularly elegant, their simple layout makes the storm G2 for easy and easy operation.
I was also happy to see the volume wheel located under the driver instead of the back, as it accidentally stops jogging while leaning back into a chair or couch – an issue that I have experienced with another gaming headsets. However, I want it to move a little further, as it can be strange to use several times.
On the issue of rest, the storm G2 is again incompatible. Despite the appearance, the earcup padding is not luxurious, which means that it fails to buffer the pressure pressing the drivers inward, especially around the top of the ear. This is especially bad news for those wearing glasses, because I found that the lack of cushioning pushed the arms of my frame into my head, as much as I liked.
Its effect is not as egoistic as some other gaming headsets I have tried, and I was comfortable wearing Hurricane G2 for an hour or an hour, but for a long time, I will start experiencing some mild pain and fatigue.
Eagerly, drivers did not feel safe around the bottom of my ears as I was expecting; With the fact that the drivers made contact with my ears inside the drivers, it felt the Hurricane G2 like an on-year instead of an over-ear headset.
Thankfully, the headband has a better design; The external material feels premium, although it still lacks cushioning. Again again, this means that I will begin to experience pain after long sessions, although I should say that it was not for the same degree as I have experienced with other gaming headsets.
The vioazic microphone has a flexible gosene design, which I always welcome, although it does not feel as stable as I have tried to others. However, it remained in position during use, and it is very easy to wrap in ideal position.
Unfortunately, there are no adaptation software for Storm G2, so people looking for additional features and twics will be disappointed. There is also no way to check the battery level, which is another discomfort.
Oxs Storm G2 Review: Performance

The overall sound of the storm G2 is quite commendable, in which crisp is crisp and higher without too much deformation, although not devoted to audio playback with fidelity headphones. Nevertheless, in this area, Storm G2 receives itself well for a pleasant hearing experience.
Different hearing modes make a meaningful difference for sound. Music mode provides the most impact for its punch bass response, although not deep or Sonorus as the best -looking headsets as sub -teeth.
Meanwhile, the surround mode lasts up to its name and provides a great sense of space, which helped me to find more accurately, in which I found it helpful. Counter-Strike 2For example. What is more, this mode also retains the full sound of music mode.
The game mode, however, is probably the weakest in three mode, and only seems to be to remove fidelity and low-end, with no real advantage to balance it.
No matter which connectivity mode you use, audio reaction is sharp, and audio quality is coherent. However, I felt to detect a slight interval when using Bluetooth. In addition, it is a matter of shame that in wired mode, various EQ mode, microphones, and volume wheels are all closed to do the functions. This seems to be a default for music mode, however, whatever I welcomed.
Hurricane G2 is easily connected to various platforms, I tried it through both Bluetooth and 2.4GHz dongle, and the level with the best nintendo switch headset in terms of setup with console. Battery life is difficult to understand, because there is no indicator, although I can say that it was worth least the whole day testing.

How I tested Ox Storm G2

I tested Storm G2 for a day, during that time I used it for gaming, listening to music and watching video content. I am connected to many devices through its various connectivity mode.
