I make time to work every day, usually using my peloton bike and peloton app, but I don’t know that I will consider myself, eg, A. Aristocratic athleteAs much as I have tried to go, say, run, there are some things that are not just for me. I never want to refuse a marathon or God, even what goes into an iron man competition, even I am usually unaware of what is a broad “fitness community” at any time, while I do my own business on an indoor cycle.

You do not really need to prepare for a real Hyrox race so that some of it can be used. You can tap in the hyrox content of the peloton to spice your existing workouts. You never know – it can make you want To compete in the race.

Hyrox race.” Right now, all this means that Pelotons have taken time to create on-demand classes simultaneously, already existing together that coincide with some elements of training for a race.
A traditional Hyrox race includes eight functional stations that I have mentioned:

Thus, peloton’s cures is designed to prepare you for all of them. Classes are divided into categories designed to do the following:

Create stamina: This section includes interval run and endurance runs and rides with long efforts to build their stamina over time. Classes work best on a peloton trade or bike, but you can complete them without any way.

Power training: This section has interval and HIIT row classes, ideally to be completed on Peloton Ro.

Self-Interested Push: This segment calls you to manually move your treadmill belt, without using the motor, and you are designed to prepare for the sled push and sled bridge.

Basic power: This section includes full and lower-body power classes to create their strength, as well as bikes, walking and crying.

Recovery and mental stamina: This section includes attention and yoga classes for your construction Mental Stamina and focus, which are very essential for the size and demands of hirox.

Adaptive athlete: This section includes seated and permanent training classes in permanent formats to meet the needs of different types of athletes types.

To find Hyrox training collection from Peloton, the easiest thing is to find “Hyrox” just on the Peloton app. With the top of the screen, you will see Classes, Collection, ProgramsAnd music artistTap Collection And you will find a banner for Peloton X Hyrox Collab. Press it and you will find a landing page filled with classes in the above mentioned sections.

Each section briefly suggests that the squares inherent in it should be used for the preparation of a hyrox race. For example, under Creation of staminaIt says, “Present for 8 km run and overall hyrox endurance.”
