Perplexity labs launched with ability to generate spreadsheets, create reports and create web apps

Perplexity Labs, a new artificial intelligence (AI) feature within the perplexity platform, was introduced on Thursday. The company says that the new mode can convert text prompts into full projects such as reports, spreadsheets and even simple web apps. Perplexity Labs uses deep web browsing and code execution to perform complex functions that were beyond the scope of the platform. The new feature came a month after the release of Perplexity Assistant for IOS by San Francisco -based AI firm.

The latter produces extensive answers to complex questions that usually require several discoveries.
