Choose strategic goals: Empower technology professionals in your career through ongoing education, advice, networking and lifetime engagement.
The preferences listed in my position statement align with all six IEEE goals, but it is the one who resonates the most. Both of these indicate what members constantly say that they give the most importance, and it aligns with my own desire to help others succeed.
This objective helps the members of IEEEE to add, grow and give them back to their community during their career. Providing that kind of overall support has shaped both my professional and IEEE trips. I have focused on helping people be successful – by combining them with correct equipment and resources, or when no one was present to make new ones.
The engagement is individual. What each member needs or values will be developed separately and over time. To remain interesting and relevant, IEEE must provide diverse, flexible ways to attach, and technologies and members must adapt as the need for change.
I will support this goal by supporting:
● Customized teaching route for emerging technologies
● Proceedings based on experience level and geographical location
● Vocational development and mentorship programs that enhance career in all stages
● Multiplicate initiative with local engagement opportunities
● Innovation competitions that inspire creativity and cooperation
These efforts empower members as contributors in their organization, society and profession. They rule curiosity, enable development, and inspire new directions. When IEEE helps members to learn and engage in new ways, it not only strengthens their career, but also the future of technology.

Choose strategic goals: Empower technology professionals in your career through ongoing education, advice, networking and lifetime engagement.
I chose this IEEE 2025-2030 strategic target because it is at the core of our mission: pursuing technology for humanity. This goal has also proved valuable in the development of my career.
We are living in an era where technology develops quickly, and it is important that IEEE helps its members, volunteers and customers, and customers are current on the technique that is interested in them.
To achieve the success of a career, individuals need to focus on their professional development. IEEE has programs to help those who need to improve their soft and leadership skills. You can be the most clever person in a team, but if you are unable to communicate effectively your ideas, you will not most likely grow within your organization.
The IEEE also holds incredible conferences and events globally that allows individuals to network and connect with those who have similar technical interests. It helps in nurturing new ideas and sharing the best practices. When our members and customers develop a strong network, it can open the door for advice and job opportunities.
Opportunities for lifetime help in cooperation and engagement between technologists. Individuals of diverse backgrounds are capable of sharing various ideas and creating strong technical communities.
I am a strong believer in Privation Science, Technology, Engineering and Math outreach activities to promote and help the next generation of IEEE members. I plan to dedicate additional resources to ensure that it is higher globally.
