Tom Cruise is not only entertaining filmmakers with “Mission: Impossible – The Final Recking” – one of their earlier projects attracts prime video customers’ attention.
Joseph Kosinski’s glossy 2013 science-fi film “Obilivian” was one of the many new films added to the Amazon streaming service this month, and it is directly ranked number 1 on the platform.
While the film was not an important dear, and Kosinski may now be better to be behind the camera on “Top Gun: Mavement”, it is a solid watch science-fi attempt (adapted to its own unpublished graphic novel).
If you spy on the top of the prime video chart and are considering adding it to your wchalist, there is a little more information about the film here, and there is a round-up of reactions to help you create your mind.
What about ‘oblivion’?
“Voltown” takes us forward in time in 2077 and introduces us to the repair Jack Harper (Tom Cruise), looking at its last few working days on Earth that was destroyed after a war with aliens that is known as “Skavers”.
He and his Com’s officer, Victoria, are going to be transferred to a human colony very soon, although when he protects a woman from a crash spacecraft, her world vomit. This single act determines a series of events that embrace Jack into a desperate battle for the existence of humanity.
In addition to Tom Cruise, “Obilivian” also features Morgan Freeman, Olga Kurilenko, Andrea Riseboro, Nicolas Coaster-Waldou, Melissa Leo and Zo Bell.
Should you stream ‘oblivion’ on prime video?

Seriously, “oblivion” did not perform surprisingly well. This review is “rotten” on the aggregator site, Rotten tomatoesWith a rating of a 53% critics and a consensus that reads: “visually striking but thin scripted,” oblivion “benefits from its strong production values and an excellent performance from Tom Cruise.”
Review DiversityJustin Chang called the “Obilivian” “striking, blind performing adventure” and a “minor clever diastopian mindbender” … even though he found a mistake with the story, as it plays.
EmpireOli Richards similarly offered a 3/5 star review, wrote, “Kosinski has again created a fictional world that feels real for its origin, but once again tried most in scenes and very little in people.”
But Bin peni lotaHowever, critic Peter Traveers offered a 2-star rating. Even though he sheds light on the score, visual and cruise, the travelers said “an imagination, empty head without an original idea without a imagination”, concluded that “oblivion” seems to be untouched, dry and antiseptic with human hands. ,

In my view, however? “Obilivian” is an underraged Tom Cruise Science-Fi watch.
I will not rank it as much as I do to Ira, “Age of Tumoro” of Cruise’s other science-fi film, but still I would recommend giving “oblivion” a chance.
It is right to tell critics that its biggest win is high production values. The world of “oblivion” is an impressive felt that still holds; Emarsiv Soundtrack is also worth celebrating.
When they come, the cruise in action scenes is fine, and even if the trailer makes the mistake of showing the famous way Very Most of the story, I think the conspiracy and the larger story that makes “oblivion” a compelling (if derivative) make sufficient clock. In other words? Do not close by mixed reception.
