Nintendo has uploaded Switch 2 Instruction Manual And in addition to all warnings, there is a small but notable detail about the screen of the system.
This new LCD panel has a pre-lagu film layer that is “designed to prepare to stop the piece” in the event of damage. Nintendo recommends users to “not stop it”. Here is the warning filed under the “Careful Use” section of the manual:
Nintendo: “The screen is covered with a film layer designed to prevent scattered pieces in damage. Do not peel it.”
This is quite common with this type of panels, and the “Anti-Skatering Adhesive film” in the switch’s Nintendo’s OLED model and its instructions also had a notice in the manual.
Although the film may potentially reduce the impact in the layer “occurrence of damage”, the nintendo screen guard is also selling. These will help protect your screen from “scratch and debris” and will come with products such as the official carry case of the system.
