The Redmi Pad 2 will be unveiled soon in India and the company is now launching some of its major specifications. The second generation of the Redmi pads is teased to come with a large, bright performance, long battery life and a thin, mild construction. The current Redmi pad in India was unveiled in October 2022. The tablet comes with a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, 8,000mAh battery and a 10.61 -inch 2K screen with a 90Hz refresh rate.

Xiaomi teased Redmi Pad 2 launched India Recently in an X post while both Amazon and Xiaomi have installed a landing page for the upcoming tablets. Meanwhile, a banner on the Flipkart app indicates that something larger will appear on June 5. It is likely that Xiaomi may unveil new tablets or some of its details, such as design and major features. 
The tablet will probably be available to buy in the country to select Amazon, Flipkart, Xiaomi India website, and possibly retail stores. Global teaser for Redmi Pad 2 It is suggested that the tablet will support 4G connectivity. It is teased to get blue and gray color options.
An old leak indicated that Redmi Pad 2 could get a 9,000mAh battery with MediaTek Helio G100 Ultra Chipset and 18W fast charging support. This will probably offer an 8-megapixel AI-supported rear sensor with f/2.0 aperture and 5-megapixel front camera.
Redmi Pad 2 has been tipped for 11 inch 2.5K (1,600×2,500 pixels) display with 90Hz refresh rate. This is expected to pack a quad speaker with dolby atomos support and will possibly sports a 3.5 mm headphone jack with USB Type-C port.
The storage configuration of 4GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB RAM and Redmi Pad 2 is expected to be priced in EUR 229 (Rs 22,000) and EUR 279 (about Rs 26,000), selected European markets respectively.
