As much as I have enjoyed the use of Meta’s Ray-Ban, I have not been a great fan of switch/ribrand from the Meta View app, which was quite straightforward for smart glasses. Now, we have found Meta AI App, A very straightforward half-glass partner who is actually, In fact Trys to get to interact with you – and what -a. The list of those reasons I do not like the app infection is long, but my book always has space for more complaints, and unfortunately for meta (and for us), this list is just a little longer.
Wild things are happening on the Meta’s AI app.
The feed is almost perfectly boomer, which feels that their interaction with the chatbot has not been posted publicly.

When the Meta came back from the Meta View app to the Meta AI app in late April, there were a lot of twicex, and it seems that all of them have not been registered by people using it. Probably one of the biggest changes, as you can see from the tweet above, in addition to a “discover” feed, which is in this case that you can publicly see what kind of indications people are giving in Meta chat contestants. This could be correct if those people knew that what they were asking for will be displayed in a public feed which is prominently depicted in the app, but based on the signals highlighted by a technical investor, Justin Moore, on X, It doesn’t really look like people to do Know that, and it’s bad, people. worst.
I spent an hour to browse the app, and saw:
-Medical and tax records
Give details on cases of court
Apology letter for crimes
-Hom address
Complaint of cases
… More more!None of them is going to post – but here is my favorite so far pic.twitter.com/9kqgelb5un

As a Moore Note, users are throwing all kinds of indications in Meta AI without knowing that they are being displayed publicly, including sensitive medical and tax documents, addresses, and deep personal information – including, but are not limited to the institutions of cases, crimes and court cases. The list, unfortunately, runs. I just for a small walk through the Meta AI app to verify that it is still happening as writing this post, and I regret to inform you all that the pain train is moving forward. In my discovery of the app, I found that while addressing the confidential confidential signs with other people, a woman questioned whether her male male partner is really a feminist. I also exposed A 66-year-old man asked where she could find women who are interested in “old men”, and a few hours later, interrogating transgender women in Thailand.
I can’t say certainly, but I am going to guess that none of these signs were for public consumption. I mean, hey, different strokes for different people, but usually when I am seeking dating advice or doubting my relationship, I like to be between me and a physician or close friend. Gizmodo has reached Meta about the issue, and a spokesperson stressed that the posts are shared only when the users tap on the “Share” button on the top-right corner of the Meta AI interface after asking a question to the user chatbot. There is also a “post” button to send the exchange for search. Asked why it seems that so many users mistakenly posted that they intend to personal questions, a Meta spokesperson did not respond.
For now, this is appropriate, if you are going to use the Meta AI app to go to your settings (or your parents’ settings) and only you are seeing all your public signs. To do this, open the Meta AI app and:
- Tap your profile icon on the top right.
- Tap on “data and privacy” under “App settings”.
- Tap “Manage your information”.
- Then, “All your signs can be seen only to you.”
- If you have already posted publicly and want to remove those posts, you can also tap on “remove all signals”.
I have seen a lot of bad app designs in my day, but I will be honest, this is the worst. In fact, this is the announcer of some things, when Facebook released a discovery bar back in the day, which was wrongly done by some people for the post bar, which users type and what they thought had a personal discovery in the post field. There is also a sign of Venmo here when the users were unaware that their payment was being listed publicly. As you can imagine, those public payments led something Informal details being broadcastFor now, I would say that perhaps it is best to explain to any sensitive to use meta AI because you can get more publicity than this.
