Monster Hunter Wilds title update 2 will bring new weapons to hunt new organisms, and new ways to get their hunter out on Monday, 30 June. A presentation during the Capkom Spotlight last night expanded what is in the update, while also teasing what to come in the months.
Ryozo Tsuzimoto, the producer of Monster Hunter Wilds, director Yuya Tokuda, and Art/Executive Director Kanme Fujioca revealed that Lagiacras, an animal that started in Monster Hunter 3 TRAI and the last time appeared in the Monster Hunter generation, would return to Worses. As an aquatic creature, their inclusion introduces more underwater portion to the game, as well as presents special new tasks to protect themselves while immersed.
