The way Terminator 2: Judgment Day predicted back in the old days of 1991, the future is AI. This can be a problem for Nvidia RTX 50-Series GPU, even when it can buy the best consumer graphics card money.
I was ‘lucky’ enough to take an Nvidia Geforce RTX 5090 a two months ago. I use those semi-joking epostrophs because I only had to pay $ 650 on MSRP for the new GPU’s new superior. I am lucky
It is important to credit the team Green to collect a piece of a full animal of silicon before you have a 5090 frame-generating a voodoo (which I will find). About 30% more powerful than the RTX 4090 – the previous graphics card champion – it is not denying that it is a stunning piece of kit.
Whether you are gaming on one of the best TVs on 120 FPS or one of the best gaming monitors of 240 FPS and above, RTX 5090 is designed for the most attractively committed hardcore gamers. And will you not know it? I just have to fall into this above, badly clinch category.
My setup
So I have a PC similar to the manufacture of our lab tester matte mare (how they posted an easy posted on the construction of a PC)-5090, AMD Rvenie 7 9800x3D, and 64GB DDR5 RAM packing on a gigabyte x870 aorus motherboard.
In the context of the screen on which I play, I have two. For the desk, I have received a maximum of 240 Hz refresh rate with a Samsung Odyssey G9 OLED, but most of the time, I will be in living room mode with my LG G3 OLED Max 120 Hz Refresh Rate.
Frame game
The main sales point of NVIDIA’s latest flagship product is DLSS 4’s multi -frame generation tech. Taking advantage of sophisticated AI features, RTX 50 cards of Nvidia are capable of serving the blistering frame rates that cannot be obtained only through the Brout Force hardware horsepower.
Multi Frame Generation – and I promise that last time I capitalize the latest buzz phrase of Team Green – then the PC looks like the biggest (and most controversial) development to hit the gaming scene at age. Tech has been out for only a few months and already has more than 100 titles that support NVidia’s ambitious AI Vizardry.
How does this work? Based on the settings you have chosen, in addition to the gameplay, 1-3 AI-powered frames will be provided for each indigenous frame of your GPU draw. It can also increase onscreen FPS counts, even in the most demanded sports.
Qayamat: The Dark Edge, Cyberpank 2077, Indiana Jones and The Great Circle and Half-Life 2 RTX-Aspas can now be played at incredibly high frame rates. This is mainly thanks to the multi frame generation.
So I joined the Games (turn off the VsyNc for the best results). For more specific references, these figures were taken from the fourassen plain level of Doom, a particularly challenging path from the Indie’s Marshal College Section, driving around the downtown night city in cyberpank, and the new takes off the new tech of Gordon.

These are the ludicus frame rates – only my LG G3 OLED’s Max 120 Hz Refresh Rate, or even limited the sky by high 240 Hz under a two conditions on my Samsung Odyssey G9 OLED.
However, there is a catch that goes back to ways I play.
A mixed interval
Despite showing my frame rate counter severely impressive numbers, in-game experiences often do not feel as smooth as I expected.
As much as I have tried to protest, I have become rapidly obsessed with the excellent Nvidia app (and more especially), its figures overlay overlay with overlays. These statistics monitor you FPS, GPU and CPU use, and the most important, delay for me.
Also known as input legs, the delay measures the time when it takes a game to register a key/mouse click in a press or millisecond of a button on one of the best PC game controller. If your delay is more, the movement is dull, even if your frame rate is high.
And that situation is complicated on my TV. The high frame rate is fantastic on my monitor, but when locked on 120Hz, you do not get the perceived smooth speed of those additional frames – making a disconnect that makes that delay a little more noticeable.
My advice to tv gamers
If you are the owner of one of the best gaming PCs and want to detect a rich ray with an accepted input legs at the frame rates responsible on your TV, my advice would be to target the frame gene level that is possible as possible as close to your maximum fresh rate.
I tested for all the games, It will be 2xAt this stage, I think there is delay in the mid -30s, but never exceeds 60 ms, which seems to be stagnant in the type of living room gaming setup.
Crank the multi -frame genes for either X4 or X3 settings, and whatever you find here is depreciated, because the delay is more clearly popular at the restricted rate by using one of the best gaming mice.
Flip on a 240Hz monitor, however, and the difference is the night and day, as the delay remains at a responsible level with those AI-injected frames for a butter smooth experience.
Path life
And now, we have got to talk about the path trace – it is already blowing the mind in doom: dark era, and it is prevalent in the choice of cyberpank and doctor Jones. This is essentially the ‘pro level’ form of Ray Tracing, this light algorithm can produce in-game scenes that look shocking authentic.
Given the demands of this technology on your GPU, the most graphically exciting development in PC gaming for years is most likely that you will use DLSS 4K X4 or X3 AI frame-generating settings to maintain a high frame rate in future implementation.
I was not surprised that Path Tracing had so far flung me into the sensational open-world in the seeds of CD Project Red-I was detecting its path long before the DLSS4 arrived. The quality of the impact cranted in Max in the Great Circle shut down my socks, though.
It is from the second level of some paragraph game above the stunning screenshot, which is set at Marshal College in Indie. During a section where Jones and his disgusting friend Marcus find a clue after a robbery, the path trace really finds his muscles to flex in an antiquity-filled sun-suny room. Falling in the highest form of more traditional rays traditional traditional traditional, I was really surprised at how much the path that looked equal to the path was assured.
So when the technology matures, I hope that Nvidia continues to work to reduce the delay even at the frame rates of these mid-road, so that this AI trick really hits this location when it becomes maximum.
To be clear for those on ropes about buying RTX 5090-as we have said in our reviews of RTX 5060 TI, 5070 and 5070 TI, if you own a 40 series-obmature GPU, you should live with your current card.
You may not get that multi-love general goodness, but is running through its veins with DLSS 4, you still get the latest forms of NVidia supersamping and the benefits of its new transformer models-Gives much better anti-aliassing during the lower power-shower than the old heritage version.
However, I do not want to finish on the total downr, so where will I give the reason for this. If you are on a monitor with a bang fresh rate, I assume that the multi -frame generation may be a good suit for your setup.
My hobby for RTX 5090 only matches the honeybal lecturer’s beak on the human levers. But for those who switch heated between the desk and the couch such as I do, make sure you reflect those settings of your fresh rate.
