Vladimir Smarkis, co-founder of the Telegram-based Crypto Project Blum, has allegedly arrested in Moscow, Russia, on charges of cheating, confirming that he is no longer affiliated to the project.
Zamosavoresky District Court of Moscow approved a request to investigators to detain smurcis while it is being investigated, the Russian state -owned news outlet tas Informed On 18 May.
Smerkis – who previously conducted operations in Russia for Binenns – is suspected to be cheated “massive” according to Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which may result in imprisonment for two to 12 years as a result of violation.
