Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra Gets A UI 8 Watch update with a UI 8 Watch update

Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra is receiving its first major wearing OS software update with new features in India and other regions. The company’s new Galaxy Watch 8 and Galaxy Watch 8 will ship with a UI 8 watch, based on Google’s Ware OS 6, Out-of-the-Box. Meanwhile, last year’s Galaxy Watch Ultra, which was found a minor refresh earlier this month with additional storage and a new color option, will receive the old watch models such as Galaxy Watch 7 and Galaxy Watch 6 series before.

Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra Gets A UI 8 View with running coach, vascular load and more

The company announced that it is rolling a UI 8 Watch update for Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra in India. This update is based on Google’s Wear OS 6 for smartwatch, and is a redigned user interface consisting of multi-info tiles and Samsung’s now bar features that first came on the firm’s smartphone with a UI 7 update.

In addition to these visual changes, a UI8 Watch update for Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra combines the new health and fitness tracking features announced by the company during its Galaxy Unpacked Event earlier this month. These include antioxidant index, bedtime guidance, vascular load and running coach.

Meanwhile, users of Reddit have confirmed that a UI 8 Watch update is rolling for Galaxy Watch Ultra in various fields including America. The screenshot of these update screen shows that it is 1,943 MB download, and it comes with a safety patch May 2025.

It is not currently clear that Samsung’s old smartwatch model will receive a UI 8 Watch update. The Galaxy Watch 8 series will ship with the latest version, and the Galaxy Watch 7 model is expected to be next to get updates, followed by Galaxy Watch 6.
